## What is Atlas Productivity?

Atlas is a personal operating system for becoming who you want to be.

Decide who you're becoming, set the goals that matter, and turn them into daily missions — focused sessions that block the apps that pull you away. Atlas shows how aligned each day was with your Atlas Index, tracks your Momentum over weeks, and closes every day with a two-minute reflection.

• MISSIONS — one tap to start a focus session. Focus Shield blocks the apps you pick until you finish and review the mission. The clock counts up, and keeps going if you're in the zone. A live count on your Lock Screen and Dynamic Island.
• GOALS, PROJECTS & HABITS — every habit and mission moves a goal forward. Ready-made growth programs set everything up at once.
• ATLAS INDEX & MOMENTUM — a daily read on alignment, and a long-term measure of consistency that never resets to zero.
• CALENDAR — your iPhone, Google and Outlook calendars, with missions scheduled around your day. Repeat anything, add notes, like Apple Calendar.
• REFLECTION & REVIEWS — evening reflections, weekly reviews, and your Journey: your growth as a timeline.
• APPLE HEALTH, OPTIONAL — connect Apple Health and Atlas reads your workouts, sleep, heart rate, HRV and steps: workouts become Training missions, fitness habits check themselves off, and your plan adapts to your recovery. Read-only — Atlas never writes to Health.
• APPLE WATCH & iPAD — start missions from your wrist; a landscape dashboard on iPad, synced end-to-end encrypted.
• FRIENDS, OPTIONAL — share progress, not your private life.
• ATLAS PREMIUM, OPTIONAL — an AI coach that picks today's mission, answers your questions and writes your weekly and monthly reports; Blackboard due dates; mission music; the deeper Dashboard; growth programs; groups and challenges; and planning around your recovery. Blackboard comes with a free two-week trial.

Private by design: no ads, no tracking, no data sold.

Atlas Premium: $7.99 a month, or $59.99 a year with a 7-day free trial.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel in your Apple Account settings.

I’ve tried a lot of productivity apps in the past, but none of them compare to Atlas. It’s very personalized and fits my needs perfectly!

## Version history (last 4 releases)

### 1.3 — 2026-11-03

Atlas 1.3 brings Siri into Atlas, and lets you keep using Atlas while a mission runs.

• Siri: ask "What's my Atlas Index?" or "What's my day in Atlas?", add a to-do, or check off a habit — without opening the app.
• On iOS 27, just say it the way you'd say it: "Remind me in Atlas to email Professor Kim tomorrow," "Plan a study session in Atlas tomorrow at 9," or "Move my chem review to 5." Siri adds, moves and cancels planned missions, and checks off or removes to-dos.
• Use Atlas during a mission: tap Use Atlas to check off habits, plan your week or add a to-do while your mission keeps running. The bar above the tabs takes you back.
• More accurate Screen Time: Atlas ignores the bursts of false alerts iOS sometimes sends — which could add hours that never happened — and counts each minute once.
• Fixes and refinements throughout.

### 1.2 — 2026-10-26

Atlas 1.2 is a big polish update — clearer, calmer, and easier to start with.

• A new guided welcome — setup and tutorial in one: set up a feature, then try it with your own fingers on the next page (blocking apps all day, mission apps, calendars, Apple Health, Screen Time, a partner), with tap-here tips on every page.
• Planned missions count even when you never touch your phone: they start and end on time by themselves, and ending one on any device ends it everywhere.
• During a mission, each blocked app opens just once (for 3 minutes, after a short pause).
• Your Atlas Index reaches 100 only when every habit for the day is checked off.
• More accurate Screen Time: Atlas now ignores false readings iOS sometimes sends.
• New Insights tab: your patterns as graphs, a Weekly Review every week, and every insight and review saved so you never miss one. Atlas AI adds a short written read with Premium.
• Screen Time report by day, week or month, with how each compares to the one before.
• Calendar: tap anything for its details, touch and hold to edit. Times live down the side, not on every block.
• Health, your way: reorder or hide sections, and touch and hold a tile to arrange it. Workouts switch between a day, a week and 30 days.
• Habits leave Today's checklist once you've hit your goal for the week.
• Canvas joins Blackboard for assignment and test due dates.
• Search at the top of Settings, plus new Connected, Screen Time and Identity pages.
• A simpler screen when you open a blocked app — and Atlas can't accidentally block itself.
• Cleaner Dashboard: Meaningful Progress, completion against the time you planned, a past-predictions summary, and fixed trend timeframes.
• Many fixes and refinements throughout.

### 1.1 — 2026-10-19

Atlas 1.1 makes focus follow you everywhere, and makes Atlas simpler to start with.

• Missions on every device (Premium): start a mission on your iPhone, iPad, computer, and your other devices block distractions too. Pause or finish it from any of them.
• Always blocked: keep your most distracting apps shielded all day, with a short pause before you open one.
• Scheduled missions start and stop on their own at their time, and classes log themselves.
• Ongoing goals: goals with no finish line, like growing in faith, measured by how consistent you've been.
• Your health, in context (Premium): a Health deep dive in the Dashboard, and you can ask Atlas about your health trends once you agree to share them.
• Today's Mission can come from Apple's on-device model on iOS 26: private, and works offline.
• Accountability partners get a real dashboard, and friends see today's numbers and a log.
• Sign in on atlasproductivity.co with a code from the app. Your Blackboard link syncs across your devices.
• Mission music with a Spotify playlist link.
• A simpler start: a shorter setup that builds your plan from your answers, a calmer first day, a clearer tour, and a goal page that shows where you stand.
• Habits can be just for weekdays (or any days you pick). Tap one to see this week, your streak and the last four weeks.
• Setup connects your calendars (Apple, Google and Outlook), Apple Health, apps to block and music in one step, and Settings has a Calendars page.
• First missions start at 25 minutes and grow as you go.
• Many fixes and refinements throughout.
