I am ready to see how much my credit score raises and I will update. That was definitely how I felt, but Alice changed my perspective. Alice helped me realize that building credit doesn’t have to be complicated. It gave me an easier way to build my credit while also teaching me how to be more responsible with managing a card. I especially appreciate how Alice helped me better understand payment structures and kept me informed about my credit history and credit score. They did not offer me Credit over $30 but somehow I end up owing them 404 more dollars after they’ve taken 80% of my paycheck. They start a support ticket. Then say they will transfer it to another agent within 24hours. Then in 24 hours they simply send an automated message saying you will be in line queue on the next business day in 2-4 hours after an agent reads it. It also didn’t say how long it would take the agent to read the ticket. So fast forward three days you might get another generic auto message.
