Data I have already entered gets wiped out, it is so very user un-friendly, very slow, and synchronization does not work most of the time. It prompts for needless non-applicable information. The bar codes often don't scan correctly and much of the time the asset tag bar codes don't take. ### 1/5 — Review *2025-05-13* Does not work half the time. Tech Support is very weak. Assigned jobs now populate and they fixed the scanner for asset tagging. After you tag devices it brings you back to the top of the screen, not where you left off. The buggy outdated design lacks a number of important features and content beneficial to project managers and field technicians. ### 1/5 — Big timewaster and junk design *2024-12-13* The asset tagging has too many mandatory fields, unable to manually enter in barcodes, app constantly freezes and crashes or shows offline. Not a good use of time. ### 2/5 — Stuck at login *2024-06-12* I’m not able to sign in Version 2.2 (1).
