I am constantly getting stuck on the loading screen after I’ve put in over $1000 and only got $400 back. So as a Customer I’m not happy ever since our games have came out over the last month. I was doing a new app promotion in the 2x promotion and hadn’t received my rewards, I put through a review however was limited to 3 screenshots when I needed and hadn’t received more, then as the promotion finished the game gave me the rewards but only half of them when I completed the goal 15 hrs prior, now I don’t have a way to ask for a further review or explain the issue, and we are talking about a significant amount of rewards, it was meant to be 116 of them but I only got 58, this causes discouragement to even look at the games in the future just as I won’t complete a survey that asks for my date and month of birth, as it can be potentially dangerous to my personal identification security due to the extensive amount of fraud and digital identity verification methods that rely on such details. I love it. For those saying they’re not making $$, isn’t watching adds or doing rent boosts. I’m making over $$2.00, in a little over a month = There’s 1-thing I would add as a feature, is to be be able to click on your personal profile and be able to Click on a PERSONAL-MAP of all your properties so that you can see where your individual properties are at (including diff states) and how much that individual property is making. All it says right now is I have so many of each type of property and how many total. I can’t see where my land property is at and what that individual property is making. Also the legendary icons upgrade pieces I would bring down in price instead of 2500, I would bring it down to $1000, so that more people can buy them. We’ll see how easy to cash out once I reach $5. - 1-issue is I got logged out when they did an upgrade & logged in under a diff acct- that land got legendary but I couldn’t get back into my original acct- they told me to delete the other acct, I did and was able to log back in- however when I re-purchased the land it was common and not legendary- so that made me mad - Other than that, I LOVE ❤️ the game! **Developer response:** Thanks for leaving us a review!
