### 3/5 — Battery

*2022-09-17, version 9.1.22*

Drains your I Phone battery.

### 2/5 — Good but needs improvement

*2022-06-26, version 9.1.14*

Fitbit syncing is terrible, more than half the time it doesn't detect any recent activity. Profile updates are slow or rare making it hard to track what you've done personally. Slow overall and not a good user experience.

### 2/5 — Accessibility

*2022-05-17, version 9.1.14*

This app is not accessible with voice over for those who are blind or low vision.

### 2/5 — Not good about tracking

*2022-03-26, version 9.1.11*

Doesn’t do a good job with tracking. I just went 57 miles and it accounted for about 10

### 3/5 — Lots of bugs

*2021-06-11, version 8.0.7*

I’m using the app for a charity challenge. The app has some cool features like sync with most activity trackers, team chat, and a simple photo interface. Features are very intuitive too. However, there are quite a few frustrating bugs. Chat and logged activities don’t update correctly, sometimes taking a day and/or requiring a restart of the app or even the device. Sync with Garmin makes it simple to log my distance-based activities but not workouts based on time, like indoor/outdoor workout. If I try to sync a time-based activity I get an error message about my internet connection that I can’t clear without killing the app. Also some activities that should be distance-based don’t allow me to log the distance. For example, I kayaked for 90+ min but only traveled about 2.5 mi. I couldn’t enter my mileage, only the duration, so I was credited for roughly 12 miles.

### 2/5 — App is crashing

*2021-04-23, version 8.0.7*

I cannot open the app, it continues to crash.

### 3/5 — No Apple Health integration?

*2020-10-20, version 6.13.0*

Why wouldn’t there be Apple Heath connectivity? Leaving a big part of the population out of the competition.

### 3/5 — Not user friendly

*2020-08-13, version 6.9.0*

It is hard to find a way to delete accidental manual input. Otherwise, great app to support non profit charities.

### 2/5 — Does not consistently track distance

*2020-04-12, version 6.0.0*

I run atlasGO simultaneously with other trackers and AtlasGO consistently runs short. Today I walked almost 4 miles, altago had me around 1.5. The other day it had me at 0.5 for 8 miles. I do appreciate the charity aspect of the app.

### 3/5 — Ok

*2020-04-06, version 6.0.0*

This app kills my battery within 15 minutes. At least I can sync. 3 stars partially because the battery kill and partially because I hate when an app asks me to rate them every time I use it.

### 1/5 — What Terms and Conditions?

*2019-09-14, version 3.6.1*

I downloaded the app and tried to create an account. I keep getting a message that I need to agree to the terms and conditions. WHERE THE HELL ARE THEY? I tap on that pop up and I get nothing. There is no link for terms and conditions anywhere on the screen. This app is totally useless.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Doesn’t track mileage well

*2022-10-05, version 9.1.22*

I rode 26 miles and the app only tracked 11.8 miles!!!!!

### 1/5 — Treadmill walk

*2022-06-01, version 9.1.14*

Walked over an hour in a treadmill and only registered.5 miles

### 1/5 — This app is not user friendly at all

*2021-06-03, version 8.0.7*

Not user friendly

### 1/5 — Most frustrating App ever!!

*2021-04-10, version 8.0.4*

This app needs some serious revamping. It’s hard to navigate. It’s so frustrating, I don’t want to even bother getting involved in any company challenges. Waste of time

### 1/5 — Horrible!

*2020-12-05, version 6.16.0*

I just did a 5k on my treadmill and AtlasGo just gave me .15 miles! Useless!!!!

### 1/5 — Horrible app experience. Can’t contribute activity to event.

*2020-11-01, version 6.13.0*

App is so poor does not allow to contribute to Step-N-Out event. If this app is used for future event I will not be participating. Horrible customer experience.

Would have rated Zero Stars if that would have been allowed.

### 1/5 — Crashing

*2020-09-27, version 6.12.4*

The app keeps crashing. I was out hiking for 4 days and can’t go back and log the miles... had no service. Talked to a few others having the same or more issues. Delete it, download again and hope it works..

### 1/5 — Inaccurate

*2020-08-01, version 6.8.0*

Inaccurate miles

### 1/5 — Not tracking my steps

*2019-10-04, version 3.7.1*

I just walked for 40 minutes and it says I walked a half mile. What’s the point of doing this if it doesn’t track properly. It’s the second time it’s done that.

### 1/5 — Not tracking

*2019-10-02, version 3.7.1*

I’ve used this about 6 times and not once has it tracked my mileage properly. It’s not a little off, it’s 5 miles off!

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Great app

*2021-02-22, version 7.0.11*

I like the app a lot. It’s great to help out non profits with walking a great distance.

### 5/5 — Loving the app

*2021-01-14, version 6.19.0*

Terrific user friendly- love the app.

### 5/5 — Great way for your miles to do twice as much good!

*2020-09-22, version 6.12.4*

I’ve been using the app to sync my miles for quite some time. You get to see how each step or mile you complete helps a great cause of your choice. The best feature is that you can sync most of your tracking devices, so no need to have your phone on you when exercising!

### 5/5 — Great but timer for km and mile is incorrect

*2020-08-09, version 6.9.0*

While jogging for 5km, I noticed that the length of a mile is exactly similar to that of a kilometer. 1 mile is equal to 1.6 km. 1 kilometer is equal to 0.62 mile. I ran 3.12 miles when the length showed 3.12 km when it should have been 5 km. Please have it fixed. Thanks.
I was more than happy to support Deaf Sports. I encourage you all to join and support the organization. Have fun and stay safe.

### 5/5 — Fantastic Company, Fantastic App!

*2020-06-21, version 6.7.3*

Very cool concept- converting the time I spend on self improvement to support important causes.

Run a mile, plant a tree. I absolutely love this app and the purpose of the company that produced it.

### 5/5 — My first trial!

*2020-05-18, version 6.4.0*

I should finish this marathon in time to open Christmas presents.

### 5/5 — Great

*2019-11-08, version 3.8.11*

I love how it’s for a good cause.

### 5/5 — Do Good With Garmin

*2019-09-15, version 3.6.1*

This app lets my runs raise money for charity *without* using my phone’s GPS or step counter, which means I don’t have to wear my phone on the treadmill. Syncing with my Garmin is easy.

### 5/5 — Cool app

*2019-05-15, version 3.1.4*

pretty good. I am going to use it by a daily basis.

### 5/5 — Great app for a cause

*2019-03-02, version 2.7.3*

I’ve been logging my miles on AtlasGO for almost 2 years and it is hands down the best fitness app with social impact. For every mile you walk, run, bike, or hike, a portion of money gets donated to charity. What I love about it is it’s transparent, so you can actually see how much you’ve raised. I also like that AtlasGO doesn’t take a single cut of the money - it ALL goes to the nonprofit you’re sweating for. In fact, AtlasGO doesn’t take any money from nonprofits whatsoever. Can any other social impact fitness app say that? Overall great app, amazing community, and authentic company making a difference. Highly recommend.
