## What is AtlasStreak?

Most workout apps track your lifts. AtlasStreak tells you what to train, and keeps you coming back.

Per-muscle, plan-aware readiness that shows what's recovered, an AI coach that actually knows your history, plans that don't break when life gets in the way, automatic PRs, and streaks that make consistency feel automatic. All in one fast, offline-first app.

KNOW WHAT TO TRAIN TODAY
AtlasStreak reads your training load, sleep and heart data and scores how recovered each muscle group is, then tells you what to do with it. Open the app to a single readiness score, banded by how recovered you are, with a plain-English call underneath: "Push - all clear" or "Quads still recovering - go lighter on Legs". Tap through for the full per-muscle recovery map and an honest "based on N of 4 signals" chip, so you always know what the score is built on. It answers the question no other tracker does: not "is my body recovered?" but "recovered for the session I'm about to do?" And it works from your logged workouts alone, no wearable required.

ATLAS, YOUR AI COACH
Ask what to train today, how to break a bench plateau, or what to do about a sore shoulder. Atlas reads your real training history, your Workout Plan and your readiness, so the guidance is about you, not generic advice. It coaches first; when you want it to act, it can line up your next session, add an exercise or start a habit, and every change waits for a single tap to approve. Before each workout, Atlas leaves a short note on how recovered you are and what to watch.

PLANS THAT SURVIVE REAL LIFE
Answer a few questions and AtlasStreak builds your Workout Plan from a library of 1,200+ exercises. Plans rotate instead of following a rigid calendar. Miss a day and nothing breaks, your next session simply waits for you. The home screen always knows what's up next, and optional training-day reminders nudge you at a time you choose.

PRs ON AUTOPILOT
Log sets in seconds with swipe-driven controls, a rest timer, and a Live Activity on your Lock Screen. New weight and volume records are caught the moment you hit them, no manual flagging. Your first workout walks you through it all in about two minutes.

PROGRESS YOU CAN SEE
Volume trends, estimated 1RMs, a muscle heatmap, an activity calendar, body-weight tracking and progress photos turn every session into a visible trend.

HABITS THAT STICK
Protein, sleep, steps, mobility: build daily habits with streaks and streak freezes. Track caffeine with a live half-life curve, plus supplements and doses.

TRAIN TOGETHER
Add friends, share your Workout Plan, browse community plans in Explore, and celebrate each other's PRs.

LOG THE ISSUES
Record injuries and conditions with severity and body area. They're linked to your exercises, surfaced in analytics, and Atlas takes them into account.

BUILT FOR THE GYM FLOOR
Offline-first: logging, plans, analytics and habits all work with no signal. Your data syncs when you're back online. Kg or lb, km or miles, your choice for each. HealthKit integration, widgets and Live Activities included.

AtlasStreak Pro is an auto-renewing monthly or annual subscription. Prices are shown in the app in your local currency, and subscriptions renew until cancelled in Settings.

## Version history (last 4 releases)

### 1.0.5 — 2026-09-05

• Your first workout now guides you. Start the session, see an exercise card, find a video demo, log your first set, tick it off. Two minutes and you know the basics.
• Units your way. Pick kilograms or pounds, kilometres or miles, millilitres or fluid ounces, each one separately, right at the start or any time in Settings.
• Training-day reminders. Opt in and we'll nudge you on the days your plan says you train, at a time you choose.
• Atlas reads your session before you start. A short note on how recovered you are and what to watch, right on the workout.
• Session summary, smarter. Re-open it any time from a finished workout, rate the session, and Atlas keeps its note instead of rewriting it.
• Calmer pop-ups everywhere. Sheets ease in, wait for a sensible moment, and never pile onto your first workout of the day.
• Fixes: the plus buttons on Home and in a workout open their sheets again; a brand new account no longer inherits the previous one's settings; onboarding resumes exactly where you left off.

### 1.0.3 — 2026-08-10

Say hello. This update opens a direct line to the person who built the app - plus a monthly check-in on your training:

• Message the founder - a pinned post in Social starts a private thread straight to me. Found a bug, got an idea? I read and reply myself
• Monthly check-in - once a month Atlas reviews your workouts, sets and records, checks your setup, and offers one-tap fixes for anything off
• Track sets your way - each exercise can record weight, height or distance (box jumps finally get a real number), or just reps on their own
• Photos on weigh-ins - attach a progress photo to a weight entry and see it alongside your history
• One place for sharing - every sharing control now lives in a single sheet, with a one-tap recommended setup
• Cardio, findable - search Run, Cycle or Swim, filter by Cardio, or ask Atlas how to track anything it can't find
• Workouts save to Apple Health automatically the moment you finish
• Atlas replies now wear the glass-and-aurora look from day one
• Fixed: the home-screen widget now notices your workout, lists scroll clear of the keyboard, and prompts take turns instead of piling up

### 1.0.2 — 2026-08-06

Finish strong. This update is built almost entirely from your feedback:
• Workout celebration - finishing a session now lands on a celebration screen with your best sets, records and a personal note from Atlas
• Rate your session - optionally mark a workout good or rough, and tell Atlas why
• Exercise notes that stick - notes now live on the exercise itself and come back every session, with a dated history
• Smarter exercise search - results ranked by relevance, with real strength movements above stretches
• Switching today's workout now asks before swapping, and your readiness updates instantly
• Body tab - edit your details from the new menu, swipe to delete weigh-ins
• Smoother typing everywhere - inputs glide clear of the keyboard instead of hiding behind it
• Plus dozens of fixes across sync, habits and Atlas
