The property I was trying to Comp was a new three unit apartment building. That’s been built for two years now and this company doesn’t even have that information. They still have a single-family home as the subject property and you can’t change it. ### 1/5 — Do NOT purchase *2025-05-02, version 2.6.43* Not one to leave reviews often, but have wasted far too much time trying to get this to work. Never have been able to get to the app after downloading to even see if I like it during the “free” 3 day trial. Think I may have actually paid for it TWICE trying to get it to work. Emailed their support and haven’t heard anything back. Figure I will have to dispute charges if not resolved. If this is how the process even begins to start — I can’t imagine it being worth it or getting any type of help if needed down the road. ### 1/5 — Promises vs. Reality: A CMA App Falling Short *2025-04-17, version 2.6.42* While I had high hopes for this tool, my experience has been disappointing. The CMA generated by the app showed a variance of over $150,000 from my own valuation, which is a significant discrepancy. The explanation provided by the support team suggested that the algorithm may lack sufficient data for certain areas or properties, but this doesn’t fully account for such a large difference. As CMA is inherently opinion-based, some variance is expected; however, the magnitude of this difference raises concerns about the accuracy and reliability of the model. Unfortunately, the support response did not address my concerns in a satisfactory manner, and I felt the team did not thoroughly investigate the issue or provide meaningful insights. Given the current state of the app, I cannot confidently rely on it for accurate property valuations. I expected more transparency, pride, and engagement from the developers, especially considering how prominently this tool was presented. I will be sharing my experience with my colleagues and reconsidering our use of this app moving forward. Their customer service is terrible for what they charge for this app. And if you’re trying to cancel, forget it! I ended up in the emergency room the last day the 3-day trial ended so I couldn’t cancel until after midnight and they refuse to respond to my emails about a refund. If they had decent customer service they would have at least responded to my email. I would have even taken a prorated refund, but now I’m out $356.98. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work. I heard about this company from a real estate group on FB someone recommended them I now believe the recommendation was AI. Lured me in with a “FREE” 3 day trial I canceled the service the same day and they still attempted to charge my card $349 but I didn’t have $349 available so instead it’s locked up my Apple account I can’t make any purchases or updates to existing apps. This company doesn’t have a phone number or email address and when you sign up for a Zoom they don’t show up. DO NOT SIGN UP They are CROOKS! ### 1/5 — Fraud *2025-12-09, version 2.6.58* Looked into purchasing this and then backed out of the screen prior to paying. They then advertised a rate of $209 to sign on for the year. So I clicked it to make sure it was the same product and not a basic program. They automatically signed me up and charged me the full rate. They refuse to give me a refund and so does Apple. Total fraudulent company that shouldn’t be allowed to conduct business on Apple. ### 1/5 — On the fence *2025-11-13, version 2.6.57* I was down for trying the app for sure just because of the calling feature that AI does all of the calling for you so you don’t have to sit at a phone all day calling potential clients to see if they are ready to purchase or sell, but I have the same issue as some of the other people that you only get a three day trial before you have to spend $350 for the year. It would be better if they offered monthly cancel any time options instead of being locked in for $350 for the year without even trying all of the benefits from the app because with the three day free trial, you don’t really get anything with it. You don’t get the calls. You don’t get the texts and you don’t get the emails until you spend the $349. ### 1/5 — Issue *2025-09-15, version 2.6.55* I was told I would get a 3 day trial and was charged right away. I have tried to contact them and I have no way to speak to a person. The ai machine has said I will get a refund but haven’t received it and it’s been days now. When calling about the problem the ai machine takes in me in circles asking the same questions I have already answered and then said it transferred me to a live agent and the live agent was ai. ### 1/5 — CMA Tool Woefully Inadequate *2025-09-14, version 2.6.55* Review of Atllas CMA Tool This app is not ready for serious market analysis. Writing multiple CMA‘s for multiple states, the data on comparable sales and zero active listings was blank, leaving everything based on assumptions instead of real data. That’s not “intelligent AI” — it’s speculation. Without reliable comps or actives, the tool is not useful for pricing, valuation, or strategy. Other CMA tools at least provide partial data, alternative metrics, or transparency when results are weak. Atllas has a clean layout and potential, but until it sources better data and handles gaps more intelligently, it falls short ### 1/5 — Glitching *2025-08-22, version 2.6.54* I can’t even use the app. It keeps glitching ### 1/5 — Scam Aplication *2025-08-11, version 2.6.54* I purchased the annual plan expecting Atllas to function as a real estate CRM, but it’s nowhere near a full CRM system. It’s basically just a dialer with AI scripts no pipeline, no email tracking, no real contact management, and zero integration with other tools. Worse, I realized this shortly after subscribing, and they refused to refund my payment. That’s a $227.31 loss for an app that doesn’t do what it promises. Be very careful before subscribing, once they take your money, you’re stuck. No customer support follow-up, no flexibility, and no accountability. I do not recommend this app for serious real estate agents. ### 1/5 — Total Scam 100% *2025-08-07, version 2.6.54* I did not agree to anything beyond the FREE 3 Day Trail and was charged a full year's subscription. I cancelled before the free trail was up. Apple just involved, Apple actually got me a refund and then, the same day I received my refund for the subscription, my checking account was charged again. I'm out $384.11. This company is a total scam. ### 1/5 — DON’T WASTE YOUR $$$ *2025-06-26, version 2.6.52* App never works. Sometimes it doesn’t even make it past the login page before crashing over and over again. Have reinstalled, cleared cache, and a host of other things to try and make this work. Biggest waste… want my money back or I’m going to start sharing the screen records of this thing crashing to every platform. ### 1/5 — This app is scammy, unfortunately *2025-06-08, version 2.6.49 (2.6.49)* I wanted to love this app but its a disappointment they try to give you a free 3 day trial intending to lock you in for a year and charge you 350 bucks WITHOUT even letting try the app, no value add just a few prequalifying questions upfront and no way of communicating how this is adds value to your business or even showing you what’s the potential here. I’m not a fan, hope they change things around and start with showing off what the product can do instead of trying to lock you into a subscription BEFORE you can even see the app functionality.
