I really love this app. It’s easy to do meditation. All in one place. Meditation music, timer, mode,tracking the progress, affirmations all in one place. Also felt deep when doing meditation with the music on it. It’s a fantastic experience. I definitely recommend new meditators to use this app. You will be able to focus and feel refreshed. This app motivates new comers to do regularly. Thank you APMA for this initiative.

This app really helps me stay consistent with my daily meditation. I love the calming music, positive affirmations, and the option to choose the meditation duration. It’s easy to use and keeps me peaceful every day. Highly recommend!
