### 5/5 — Wonderful App

*2026-07-14, version 4.35.5*

I appreciate the Atly app and team. Everyone is kind and I have yet to have any issues with the recommendations. Keep up the great work!

### 5/5 — My first stop before eating out

*2026-07-11, version 4.35.4*

This is the first app I open whenever I'm looking for somewhere to eat. The information is easy to understand, and I like that I can quickly tell the difference between fully gluten-free places and restaurants with just a few options.

### 5/5 — A pleasant surprise

*2026-07-10, version 4.35.4*

I downloaded this expecting a basic restaurant finder, but it’s much more useful than that. The safety details and community recommendations have helped me discover places I actually feel comfortable trying.

### 5/5 — Gluten free

*2026-07-04, version 4.35.3*

Awesome!

### 5/5 — A life saver

*2026-06-29, version 4.35.3*

I’ve loved the gluten free map for travel, it’s helped me navigate cities I’m unfamiliar with safely and it’s so easy to do. There are two versions of Atly so if you’re looking for the gluten free one, be sure to select that version!!

### 1/5 — Charging an exorbitant amount for AI slop

*2026-06-03, version 4.35.0*

This is offensive to the gluten-free community

### 1/5 — Pay wall to use

*2026-06-01, version 4.35.0*

I’m so sad that there’s a paywall to use the app. I couldn’t get any features without paying. Just another way to rip us off because we can’t eat normal food.
Hopefully one day this kind of filter will be built into Google Maps because paying to find safe places to eat is just gross.

### 1/5 — AI Slop Google Map Wrapper

*2026-05-23, version 4.35.0*

$50 a year for what google map can do!?!?!?

### 1/5 — Unsafe

*2026-05-11, version 4.34.0*

A a person with Celiacs I find it disrespectful that you charge people and then give dangerous recommendations. You say you must charge I order to pay for vetting all these restaurants. But you do not vet them. We still have to phone ahead to see if any of these places are really save for our community. Shame on you! Why don’t you just sell advertising instead of charging high prices to an already tapped out community. Shameful.

### 5/5 — Ignore the naysayers

*2026-05-08, version 4.34.0*

Used this app to help find gf places in Italy. Was an absolute godsend. To say that it took the stress out of travel for us is an absolute understatement. I will likely be carrying on my free trial with a paid subscription. Can’t recommend this app enough and would happily pay for the Conveince and peace of mind it provides.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Deceptive Marketing

*2026-08-03, version 4.36.0*

The ads that I got for this app advertised an easy way to find coffee shops with WiFi and good study spots. I was surprised once downloaded that not only is this not a feature, but it’s an app to find gluten free restaurants. A huge bait and switch and blatant false advertising

### 1/5 — THIEVES

*2026-07-30, version 4.36.0*

THEY STEAL FREE INFORMATION SUBMITTED TO FIND ME GLUTEN FREE APP !!!!!!!!!!

Refund me thieves !
The developer of this app is a FRAUD, a THiEF.
They STOLE 100 DOLLARS out of my APPLE WALLET for their FRAUDULENT SUBSCRIPTION that I NEVER even accessed for a YEAR!!!! I contacted an attorney and he is willing to make this a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT AGAINST this FRAUDULENT company. !!!!!!

### 1/5 — I can’t figure out how to use the damn thing

*2026-07-29, version 4.36.0*

First, this app requires a costly subscription. Second, it’s so buggy, it’s completely useless. I can’t figure out how it’s even supposed to work.

### 1/5 — Not worth it

*2026-07-26, version 4.35.5*

First, it has the dumbest sign in procedure. I should have know better, but I paid before I really experienced the app. Once I managed to get through a horrible UX experience with logging in, I searched dog friendly restaurants in Chicago-and the results were horrible, I know the restaurants in my neighborhood that have patios and allow dogs-and the list that came up with was ridiculous. Now I'm going to have spend time figuring out how to get my money back-ugh!!!!

### 1/5 — NOT FREE

*2026-07-05, version 4.35.3*

Tried to sign up but you have to pay for the app. It is not free.

### 1/5 — Rip Off

*2026-07-03, version 4.35.3*

Rip off. 4.2 stars? Ya right read all the 1s. Trying to exploit people with celiac. Gross

### 1/5 — For an app meant for people, you sure hate people

*2026-07-02, version 4.35.3*

There are so SO many alternatives to a paid, subscription based plan. Absolutely not discounting the code and design behind the app, but it’s so predatory to lock people in financially at a point where no one knows if they can afford tomorrow. Especially when your mission is “helping people” but only the people who can afford to be helped. Completely pathetic execution and frankly anti-consumer for whats meant to be a consuming-based app. Run ads, take sponsorships or, if you could afford to, go open as a company. Instead you’re relying on a basis of customers hoping they forget their payments and to ultimately never own the means to their own day to day safety and peace of mind.

### 1/5 — What a joke

*2026-06-22, version 4.35.2*

This place has my business rated with zero reviews posted through the app!!

### 1/5 — Who is saying some these places are safe?!?!?

*2026-06-18, version 4.35.1*

If you are looking for dedicated 100% GF this app is fine. Anything else beware. I see multiple places that have shared ovens/prep spaces etc that are rated at their celiac friendly level and they are clearly not. Better apps on the market. They need to do a better job at vetting vs trusting gf peeps

### 1/5 — Won’t allow me to cancel my subscription.

*2026-06-12, version 4.35.1*

I tried out this app and decided I no longer wanted to pay for a subscription so I tried to cancel. it would first force me to choose a reasoning for my decision but then also force me to talk to some AI generated chat person who would not answer anything I was say. I am incredibly disappointed and frustrated with this app’s lack of communication and support. Will not be using or recommending this app.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — App save me every time

*2026-08-21, version 4.37.1*

awesome app, very accurate

### 5/5 — Great on a road trip

*2026-08-08, version 4.37.0*

Used the map while driving through a small town and found a bakery recommended by several other users. The hours and directions were right there, so we could stop without much planning.

### 5/5 — Super Beneficial!

*2026-08-07, version 4.37.0*

I was lost when I was first diagnosed over a month ago with Hashimotos. I’m a foodie and love to go out to eat anything & everything!!! This app is still making this possible despite all my restrictions. The tech department is also extremely helpful!

### 5/5 — The details actually help

*2026-08-07, version 4.37.0*

The colour-coded pins gave me a quick shortlist, then the restaurant notes answered the shared-fryer question. Much more useful than scrolling through vague Google reviews.

### 5/5 — No backup dinner

*2026-08-06, version 4.37.0*

Used it in Chicago and the emergency protein bar stayed in my bag. Found a proper meal in minute

### 5/5 — Customer service 10/10- not some AI bot

*2026-08-04, version 4.36.0*

The subscription fee is worth the real person you talk to when using their customer service. I use this app a lot on trips and around my city and I 100% say that the money is worth it as a celiac who has major FOMO when eating out.

### 5/5 — Great for streamlining options

*2026-08-03, version 4.36.0*

Love this app and use it everywhere, in US and internationally. Always points me in the right direction, no guessing.

### 5/5 — Actually enjoyable

*2026-07-27, version 4.35.5*

Finding gluten-free food used to feel like another chore. This app somehow made it fun again.

### 5/5 — More than a map

*2026-07-26, version 4.35.5*

I expected a list of restaurants. Instead, I got the context I actually needed to decide where I felt comfortable eating.

### 5/5 — Didn't know what I was missing

*2026-07-25, version 4.35.5*

I thought finding gluten-free places was just something that had to be difficult. Turns out I was making it much harder than it needed to be.
