The customer support department is completely unresponsive. Despite being charged for the monthly fee, the application has been malfunctioning for the past two days. I am unable to access my advance. I have repeatedly contacted the support team, but I have not received any response or reply.

The idea of the app is great. I have had issues with verifying my email and the offers updating after I complete them. The surveys completed are added and the games played are accounted for. I also had issues connecting a card after adding bank info.  Customer service has not gotten back to me after submitting requests.

As long as you don’t need help from their “support,” it works fine enough. If you need to email their support for any reason, and yes it’s email only since they have no phones, they will not respond to your email for support. So better hope nothing goes wrong. Literally will not respond to your emails. They charge a fee and your support emails will go unanswered.  Not cool.
