I contacted the support email many times no answer but I seem to still receive emails from different representatives about getting an advance. But I get error messages every time. I’ve contacted customer support 16 times beginning in May. They respond once asking what the issue is and for screenshots. I tell them the problem and send screenshots. Then they never respond again. Then a few weeks later a new customer service person will respond once with the same initial respond. Again I tell them and send screenshots and then never again. This has happened at least 6 times. Im so over this ridiculous pattern.
