Only worked in Lima when on wifi, anywhere else in Peru the app didn’t work on wifi or cellular data. Downloaded the app, wondering about the authenticity. But, was pleasantly surprised to see it working so well. Bonus: I wrote to the customer support email enquiring about a country I was travelling soon too. Not only did I get a response from the CEO herself, but I was told about some important pointers even though the country is not in their database! According to the app there are no ATMs on the Island! ### 1/5 — Useless! *2023-10-05* It's missing the most important ATM in the city I currently am! Most of the ATMs in the Philippines have a limit of 10,000 or 20,000 pesos. The only bank that will let you take out more, 40,000 pesos, is HSBC, and although you can clearly see it on the map when you zoom in, it's not even in the list of ATMs in the app. Smh. If I hadn't already known this, this app would have led me to wasting a lot more money on small transactions. Also, why do I need an account to use the app? If I'm just searching and not submitting info, it's nuts that I would need to create an account for this. What makes it even worse is that I didn't see any way that I could add HSBC to the list. Literally no point to having an account! **Developer response:** Hiya, thanks for the info! There’s a tab on the app’s home page called “Tell Us Fees” - you can easily add any new ATM info on there and hence you sign up if you need to communicate with us. We put info on ATMs that is reasonably validated or contributed by users from their experience so it can occasionally happen that you dont find info on all the ATMs in a specific country. We thank you for your contribution on this, this will help many other travellers. Could not get cash. Transaction could not be completed. This app pointed me to machines nearby that would work. It actually did. I was able to get cash out from a bank atm and the conversion rate was reasonable.
