M1-M3 90 min pass also allows you access to M4-5 so no worries about getting another pass. Once you find a metro, you can get anywhere around the city. ### 1/5 — Cambiate mestiere *2026-05-21* Un’autentica merda. English; for example to apply to a digital card, all the drop-downs are in italian). You can purchase your tickets in the app, and then just use a QR code to tap in/out of the metro. However, the QR code has to refresh every few minutes, and you have to refresh it before you can scan. At one station we had to switch lines and tap out and back in through the turnstiles to do so. Except, we only had a 4G connection, and the app couldn’t load, so we were essentially trapped. Someone else went through the emergency exit, so we followed suit. As soon as we had better connection, the tickets showed up again and we could enter our next line. But, honestly, what a terrible design for use in the metro, where service can be spotty. ### 1/5 — Credit card payment doesn’t work *2026-04-11* The app will not process credit card payments (and I tried multiple cards), making the app pretty much useless. **Developer response:** Hi, please make sure you have the latest version of the app installed on your smartphone.
