The app used to measure outdoor air quality. This seems to have stopped working despite an updated iPhone and updated app. It would also be nice to know what the Atmosphere Sky is detecting in the air and filtering. Like a breakdown of things the sensors detect. I would appreciate if it gave me information on why it’s boosting fan speed on some occasions.

電源ボタンの上に白いライト＆ﾋﾟﾋﾟｯて音が光るまで電源ボタンを長押し(3秒ほど)してからコネクトしてみてください。既にスマホがWiFi繋がってる場合は入力しなくても勝手に繋がりました。

For 3 years Lifestyle has been trying to fix bugs on the app and they can’t seem to get it together. Countless times the wifi/Bluetooth setting will not connect back to the unit and the child lock safety feature does not work when this happens. It’s a shame because the air purifier itself is such an exceedingly great product, but lacks on the technical side. This makes it really hard to show my friends and family how great of a product this is. 

When will this ever end??

1度ログイン、同期して使用できていましたが、何故かいつの間にかログアウトされていて、なんとかログインしたものの、空気清浄機を全くBluetoothで同期してくれなくなりました。
空気清浄機の価値は理解できますがアプリをもっと改善して欲しいです。

接続を何回試してもなかなか接続できない。ストレス。ちゃんとしてほしい。

Bluetooth接続とWiFi接続ができてアプリが使えるのが当たり前の製品なのに、それが使えないまま放置してるのは、最低だと思う。会社の信用に繋がると思うので早く解決してください。

サイトがいつまでたってもUIUX更新されない、されたとしても使いづらいように、アプリもこんな使いづらいようでは困ります。
こんなんじゃ年配の方はもっと困るのでは？
まず、困っているためお問い合わせのボタンがあるので、やるじゃんと思ったら押せないw
押せないボタンは意味ないので設置しないでください。
呆れて笑けてきました。
製品はいいなぁと思っているのにデジタルに弱すぎてがっかりです。

Die Verbindung bricht andauernd ab. Jeglicher Versuch sich wieder zu verbinden ist immer erfolglos.
Ich muss jedes mal alles löschen und neu einstellen. Dann kann ich es ja auch gleich ohne App bedienen, aber das ist ja eigentlich nicht der Grund, wofür ich mir das angeschafft habe..

アプリの日本語のフォント等を見ても、完全にチャイナクオリティですね。恐らく中国メーカーにOEMで作って貰ってアプリの管理等も丸投げではないでしょうか?
本体もダストセンサーのみなので、埃取り専用と考えられる方が幸せかと…。

For the longest time a bug existed whereby the app would be unable to connect over wifi to the unit. This required removing power to the unit for a minute or more and then the app could connect. I am very, very happy that this bug has been fixed!

なんかうまくサインインできないとか不具合とか言ってる人が多いですが、一度たりとも不具合など起きたことありませんし、何一つ問題なく使えてます。
むしろ問題を指摘してる人は単なる理解力不足、あるいはちゃんと説明文を読んでない人かなと。

I’v been using it from past almost 2 years on every day. It has showed a significant performance in purifying the polluted air in the Covid period we all are living. A must for every home. Cost per use is very minimal. 
Maintenance is negligible. 
Filter life is Awesome. Im still using the. first inbuilt which came with unit.

I’ve had my Atmosphere Sky unit for 2 years now, and it’s been nothing less than amazing! I used to be plagued with allergies at all times of the year, and the Atmosphere has been immensely helpful with cleaning up the air inside my apartment. Also, the carbon filter does a great job at minimizing smells and odors. The app has been a great way for me to track the air quality inside when I’m not at home, or even when I do get home. I had some issues with Bluetooth connectivity, but a quick call to customer service got it resolved. Really enjoyed using the app to see the filter life remaining as well so I know when I will need to order new filters. Great customer support!
