I can’t sing Atom’s praise’s enough. An elegant mix of guided meditation, enjoyable education, and of course, planting little digital trees. My only concern is now that I’ve unlocked all the tree species, I have nothing to spend my made up Atom money on! Hahaha maybe some more trees, or birds and bees I could bring to my garden? All in all, I have found my quality of life significantly improved upon using this app every day— thank you to the Atom team for making the only app on my phone that doesn’t feel somewhat ill-intended, ya’ll are truly a force for good in this world!

I’ve been using this app for a long time, and I’ve seen a huge improvement with my emotional control, self-compassion, and gratitude. I feel so relaxed after a quick meditation with this app. The narrator’s voice is very soothing. The lessons cite from the book Atomic Habits, send they are very helpful for forming any habit. I highly recommend this app. Thank you to the development team.

This App helped me to build the habit of meditation. It starts slowly and without realising it you end up meditating for 10/15 min. It is awesome! Super super helpful for beginners, when you want to build the habit but don’t know how to. It also helps you to be consistent. I would strongly recommend it!
