Functional Breaking: Claim tracking and renewal modules are currently unusable, returning constant errors or failing to load data. 2. User Impact: Agents are being left unable to answer to clients, damaging professional trust. 3. Dev Critique: A new app should never launch at the cost of the only working stable platform (the website).
