## What is Atomas Neo?

Atomas is back with a fresh take and a bunch of new gameplay mechanics.

Easy to learn but full of depth, it’s the perfect game for passing time on your commute, while waiting in line, or whenever you have a few minutes to spare.

Start with hydrogen and fuse atoms together as you work your way up to the final and mythical element, Omnium, said by neo alchemists to have the power to create any molecule ever imagined.

As you play, you unlock and equip up to three tools by reaching new high scores. Use them to get out of tricky situations or to set up smarter, more strategic moves.

As you progress through the elements, you enter atomic realms where you can choose between three permanent effects that stay with you for the rest of your run, and with the right combination, your score can grow exponentially.

New special atoms like the Swapper, Amplifier and the Glitch add more variety and open up new strategic possibilities.

Molecular chains act as score multipliers, letting you push your score higher and higher. With all these systems working together, every run feels different and offers a fresh challenge.

Become a neo-alchemist and create the legendary element Omnium.

### 5/5 — Veteran Loves it Perfection

*2026-08-17*

I was there when the first version of ATOMAS came out, and it’s never left my phone all these years. I always wished it would get some improvements, and finally, after all this time, that wait has come to an end.

I absolutely love this new version. And thank God there are no ads or microtransactions—just one simple, one-time purchase. It’s honestly so worth it.

Now I can finally play this for years to come and die in peace knowing I got to enjoy the V2 I’ve been waiting for. 😂

### 5/5 — Great game

*2026-08-13*

Small bug: After reaching a large amount of molecules, the multiplier becomes negative, and score decreases, causing a few errors in the game. Was more prevalent in my experience so I had to terminate my run, but other than that, mechanics are very nice and entertaining. I’d love to have a stats for nerds page with live access to the chance pool of spawns, but not having it keeps me in suspense. Will be waiting for the next update!

Edit: Local Leaderboard name saving is bugged as well

### 5/5 — Great improvement on classic game

*2026-08-06*

Definitely worth the purchase. Feels a lot more balanced following recent updates. I am wondering if there could be an option to clear scores, because I feel like my top scores exploited mechanics that have been fixed and cannot be beaten.

Also, it would be nice to see cooldown on the tool selection screen, since I was surprised to see that change so much for the noisy disk.

### 2/5 — Multiple resume-related issues in Atomas Neo on iPhone 13

*2026-08-01*

Hello Sirnic team, I didn’t find yours feedback mail, so that’s my comment

I found several bugs in Atomas Neo that all seem to be related to resuming the game after it has been left in the background

Device: iPhone 13
OS: iOS 18.7.8

General conditions

The bugs do not appear immediately after launching the game. They start occurring after the app has been sent to the background (by locking the phone or switching to another app) while remaining in memory. After returning to the game, various gameplay issues begin to appear. They seem to occur randomly without any specific in-game action triggering them

Force-closing the app and launching it again completely fixes the issues until the game spends some time in the background again

Bug 1 – Incomplete atom chain merge

When a chain contains four or more matching atoms, only the first pair merges instead of the entire chain merging as expected

Expected behavior:
The whole chain should merge according to the normal game mechanics

Actual behavior:
Only the first pair merges, and the remaining atoms stay unchanged

Bug 2 – Increase operator becomes a normal atom

Sometimes the atom increase operator stops functioning. Instead of activating, it remains in the ring as if it were a regular atom

The only way to remove it is by using the delete operator

Expected behavior:
The increase operator should activate normally when used

Actual behavior:
It remains in the ring as a regular atom and becomes unusable

Additional information

These issues disappear after force-closing the app and reopening it, but they eventually return once the game has remained in the background again

I hope this information helps reproduce and fix the problem. If needed, I can also provide a screen recording

### 5/5 — Yay!

*2026-07-29*

this was my favorite game before it got revamped and now that it’s a new improved game, I’m so happy

### 5/5 — An hidden gem

*2026-07-26*

As an aromas player ! This rework is a huge improvement ! The graphics are good while not being too overwhelming, the game is complete, with around 20 items, 10+ different operators, all balanced and making the game challenging. And don’t get me started on the gameplay… The idea of different phases and debuffs is really good, so add this with some deck building makes a great game gameplay: every game is different. There are lots of little details too.

I really love this game, and I hope there will be some new content added in the future, such as new modes.

### 5/5 — Everything I Want From A Sequel

*2026-07-25*

I played the original for SO long, this provided even more content and better visuals, music, everything!

### 1/5 — AI slop

*2026-07-25*

I’m a big fan of original Atomas and the graphic was much more clean and understandable. This version is extremely hard to read due to unnecessary hi-fidelity designs. Just awful design, I’m sorry. I’ll continue enjoying Atomas ORIGINAL!

### 5/5 — Love but found some bugs

*2026-07-22*

This game is a 10/10 in my book, adding lots of fun and depth to the og atomas I have been playing for the last 5+ years

Welllll worth the $$$!!!

I’ve been playing this game for a few days, I found some bugs that would be sweet to see resolved, as well as some feature requests!

Mostly just thoughts for the dev, the core game is still a blast and with it for other readers :)

Bugs (on iPhone 17):

1: Max score bug - I got a video of the math breaking posted in the r/atomas subreddit - using polymerization, I was able to get the molecules on my largest atom to the e18 range, but my max score was capped around the 3e11 range (with each fusion giving a max of ~2e9)

In addition, my max score was able to go down after a fusion, I assume for the same reason

2: molecules text - also in the video above, the text for the molecules sometimes becomes hidden, and may or may not return after a fusion

In addition, the text may overlap with other atom’s molecules text with such large numbers - could be resolved using the scientific notation when the numbers are large enough

3: swap operator bug - I used a swap operator after having cleared the field with a delete operator, and it stayed on the field (okay) - however, once I added one and then two atoms on the field, the swap operator remained, and never triggered again - I was only able to remove it with a delete/minus operator

4: minor text bug - the polymerization text is long enough that it overhangs the box on the “modifier overview screen” or whatever it’s called

Feature requests (nothing major but for polishing!):

1: option to change the animation speed to faster / slower (I find once I’m in the zone it’s a little slow)

2: ability to toggle settings while in a game (sound mute etc)

3: tutorial: show how the reset button works (the top right time travel button) in the tutorial - also better explanation of the tools and counters (was unclear that I could use a tool more than once from tutorial)

4: show the counters for the tools in the tool selection view (unsure what the counters are until having used one)

5: when adding an atom back to the field with the time/clock tool (the tool that allows you to hold an atom), it “feels” like there is an unnecessary extra click needed to press the middle instead of the atom just popping straight to the middle

6: progression : having played atomas 1, on my first play through of neo I was able to unlock all of the tools - I think it would be more rewarding if the unlocks for the tools were gated by getting to the required score “with” the previous tool

I.e. trashcan tool unlocks after reaching 10k points “with” the scissors tool

This forces you to try each tool in the progression to unlock all of them!

7: more / harder game modes!

The difficulty increase while progressing the levels is super fun (the sleeping atoms etc), it would be fun to have a game mode where all of the negative effects stack requiring more precision to stay alive

Also more game modes in general!

8: better explanation for the global 2x score multiplier - how do you trigger 3 fusions in one move? Is that just a fusion with 6 atoms? Or 3x dark + triggering in the same move

Also, would be sweet to see the global multiplier on the screen if you are able to trigger this (not sure if it does this or not)

Thanks for making this great game! Mostly just minor things for polishing!

### 5/5 — Veteran who loves the sequel

*2026-07-21*

Played the first game for ten years, best puzzle time killer I’ve encountered. The sequel is more engaging and strategic, which makes it more fun. My only wish is snappier animations/ let me move at the pace of my button presses and skip thru the animations. The OG game felt a bit faster than this one. Still, amazing game.
