### 1/5 — Worst After-Sales Service - Not Recommended

This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I raised a complaint more than one month ago, but no proper action has been taken. I never received any follow-up call from the service team.

A technician visited only once, looked at the purifier for a few minutes, and simply said it was a software glitch. He told me that the issue would automatically be fixed within 24 hours. It has been much longer than that, and the problem still exists.

The TDS level keeps dropping to 5–6, making the purifier unreliable. Instead of resolving the issue, the service team keeps ignoring the complaint.

I regret purchasing this Atomberg water purifier. A good product is meaningless without reliable after-sales support, and Atomberg has completely failed in that regard.

I would not recommend buying an Atomberg water purifier. There are far better brands with much better service, such as Kent or Eureka Forbes. Save your money and avoid the frustration.

After recent updates, Bluetooth connection takes a while after we open the app and select fan. This is frustrating and did not happen before. Pls fix.

Under the Help tab the feature Ask me anything is not even responding to suggested questions by the app itself. It needs to be responsive and capable of answering more questions connected with atomberg features and advantages vis a vis other purifiers, so that customers could understand the real value of their atomberg units.

Atomberg is fooling customer by asking for location permissions which seems irrelevant if your remote can function only with Bluetooth, there app is asking for location permissions for app to work, whereas it’s totally not required, since Fan can work with Bluetooth. Simply not required. If location permissions is denied app does not work at all, though Bluetooth access is present. This is not the way you should be designing apps.

I recently purchased a water purifier from this company, and unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing.

The installation process itself was poorly handled — unprofessional and not done properly. What made things worse was the after-sales service. Despite raising multiple issues, the response from the service team has been slow and ineffective, with no proper resolution provided.

For a product as essential as a water purifier, customers expect reliability and prompt support, but this company has failed on both fronts. I would strongly advise others to consider this before making a purchase.

Digital lock is of great use, giving access to service providers at our terms, no worry of carrying keys, different modes like finger print, digital key, access card and keys. Request the Product Team Atomberg to put good quality batteries viz., Duracell etc instead of cheap batteries, which caused problems initially. As regards Fans(3 blade)- Electric efficiency and throw of air is ok, sound can be further lowered.
