## What is Atoms?

Atoms - build forms small, deeply compatible teams around a shared goal — a startup, a study cohort, a band, a training partner, a creative project.

Most teams are assembled from whoever happens to be nearby. Research says that's exactly backwards: 65% of high-potential startups fail from team conflict, not product — and what predicts a team that works isn't the résumé, it's the relationship.

HOW IT WORKS
• Declare what you're building and how many hours a week you can give it
• Our engine searches for rare, pairwise-compatible teams who share your goal at a compatible commitment level
• When a team appears, everyone sees it — formation takes unanimous consent
• Agree, and a private team chat opens with a 72-hour window to plan a real working session
