This is a fraud company located in Dubai and China. The total issuance of the ATOSHI coin is 100 billion units, and the first 10 addresses hold 80% of the shares. This company in China earns "gold coins" by posting short videos and operating a shopping mall. They offer these coins as a means to exchange for "ATOSHI" currency. This has deceived many Chinese people, and many of them have suffered heavy losses due to this currency.
