### 3/5 — Apple Watch und UI

Grundsätzlich funktioniert die App aber manche Steps z. B. in der Zeitkorrektur sind komisch. Man wählt ein Datum aus und danach passiert nichts. Man muss jedesmal nochmal auf das Datum tippen, damit es ausgewählt ist. Hier gibt es an der UI noch Verbesserungsbedarf.

Wir setzen ATOSS noch nicht lange ein. Was mir aber noch auffällt: wenn man sich die Urlaube ansehen will, die Stempelübersicht usw. wird ständig ein PDF generiert. Das ist nicht nur nervig weil dazu noch ein Popup von unten rein kommt und einen dann hindert auf den Posteingang zu klicken (erst kommt „wird generiert“, dann kommt 2 Sekunden später „wurde generiert“) und dann muss man warten bis die Meldung weg ist, bevor man dann weiter machen kann. Wischt man die Meldung nämlich nach unten weg, springt man oftmals in den Einhandmodus von iOS. Da kriege ich einen Anfall 😂
Außerdem ist das PDF auf Smartphones einfach total unpraktisch. Man zoomt sich einen zurecht 🙉
Das sind alles so Sachen die im täglichen Ablauf nerven.

Außerdem wäre es total cool, wenn die App auch auf der Apple Watch eine Funktion hätte. Ich fände es t. B. total praktisch, wenn per Geofencing mein Standort erkannt wird. Nähere ich mich meine Arbeitsstätte, so könnte Watch fragen „möchtest du dich einstempeln?“ und umgekehrt, wenn ich eingestempelt bin und das Unternehmen verlasse, könnte die Watch fragen „möchtest du dich ausstempeln?“
Hier sollte dann möglich sein, die Zeit ggf. anzupassen, dass z. B. immer 5 Minuten abgezogen werden, weil mal ggf. vom Weg her noch am Gebäude zum Auto geht aber nicht wirklich arbeitet oder so, dass man auf der Watch die Zeit noch eben nachjustieren kann. ☺️

Bei der Usability gibts sicherlich hier und da noch etwas zu verbessern. Gelegentlich macht der Login Ärger. Allgemein hat sich die App in den letzten Monaten stark verbessert, läuft deutlich stabiler und hat seit neustem ein sehr gelungenes Facelift erhalten. Gefällt sehr!

Alle auf der Station hätten den Gedanken das es Sinnvoller wäre wenn im Kalender auch die Dienstzeiten stehen würden um direkt einen besseren Überblick zu haben

Ich bin recht zufrieden mit der App. Viele Dinge können schnell erledigt werden.
An der neuen "Übersicht"-Seite gefällt mir allerdings die Anordnung nicht und ich kann sie selber nicht ändern. Die Urlaubskategorie ist für den täglichen Gebrauch das Unwichtigste und sollte ganz unten stehen. Nach der täglichen "Soll- und Anwesenheit@ sollte,wie vorm Update, "Tagesbeginn und -ende" kommen,da diese Infos tagtäglich interessant sind. Oder der User bekommt die Option, die Kategorien selber anordnen zu können.

Es wäre schön wenn man ein eigenes Profilbild einfügen könnte. Die Farben im Jahreskalender selbst wählen konnte,eben so die Ferien der einzelnen Bundesländer eingeben könnte

Grundsätzlich macht die App was sie soll und erleichtert die persönliche Zeiterfassung total. 

Was unglaublich nervt ist, dass ich die App durchschnittlich einmal pro Woche deinstallieren und neu laden muss. Die Zugangsdaten werden vergessen und eine neue Authentifizierung scheitert.
