Die App wurde so offensichtlich nicht für die Zielgruppe - nicht so an Technik interessierte Menschen - entwickelt. Zwei Sterne dafür, dass die App überhaupt funktioniert. ### 1/5 — Naja, mehr gibts nicht zu sagen *2022-12-11* -kein Touch ID -Urlaub beantragen durch viele Menüs umständlich. Warum nicht einfach eine Kachel mit „Urlaub“ da drauf, Datum eingeben-ok erledigt. -genial wäre es noch wenn man das Handy als „Stechkarte“ nutzen könnte. Push Benachrichtigungen bei genehmigtem Urlaub und eingetragenen Überstunden wäre gut. Anzeige eines kompletten Jahresschichtplanes der übersichtlicher angezeigt wird fehlt. Vorschläge werden jedoch nicht umgesetzt…schade eigentlich. ### 1/5 — Schlecht *2022-10-15* Die App ist nicht zu gebrauchen. Man kann nicht mal Urlaub beantragen bzw. Buchungen beantragen. Ich nutze ein iPhone 13 Pro mit Aktueller Software (Betriebssystem und Atoss) ### 1/5 — Atoss app *2022-01-20* The worst app created. The “forget password” is present but you can’t change your password or reset it. The settings icon has to be reviewed. ### 2/5 — Luft nach oben *2021-11-28* Man erwartet hier mehr. Face-ID/Touch-IDwäre schonmal super um sich anzumelden. Dass es dieses Feature noch nicht gibt finde ich traurig. Die Benutzeroberfläche ist grauenhaft und überhaupt nicht Nutzerfreundlich. Die Idee mit den Kacheln ist nett aber viele Funktionen wie Präferenz oder Antrage könnte man unter einer Kategorie nehmen. Man könnte über GPS den Standort der Arbeitsstätte registrieren und so Automatisch Überstunden erfassen (in der Theorie, praktisch nicht ganz so leicht und sicherlich nicht ganz fehlerfrei). Oder Standortbasierte Erinnerungen. „Du warst heute 40 Minuten länger da als sonst. Denke daran deine Überstunden einzutragen“ wäre doch super. Funktionen die auf dem Desktop im Browser zu sehen und nutzen sind fehlen auf der Handy App. Kollegen die ein Handy von Huawei nutzen klagen über eine Fehlende App. Bei uns im Unternehmen funktioniert es zwar, ich finde andere Methoden, ja sogar SAP, jedoch einfacher. An sich ist das Konzept toll nur ist hier viel mehr Luft nach oben. ### 2/5 — Das Geld nicht Wert... *2021-04-22* Die App ist zwar für den Mitarbeiter kostenlos, jedoch müssen die Unternehmen für jede Lizenz monatlich zahlen. Für das Geld was für die Lizenzen aufgerufen wird ist es traurig das die App so viele Fehler hat. Mitarbeiter können problemlos ihre eigenen Dienste ändern und das obwohl es in den Berechtigungen gesperrt ist. Als Antwort vom zuständigen Ansprechpartner wurde nur gesagt, das dieses bereits bekannt sei. Zudem können alle Mitarbeiter auch Dienstpläne sehen, welche noch nicht festgeschrieben sind. Das sorgt für sehr viel Unmut bei den Leitungskräften, auch das kann nicht eingeschränkt werden. Die Einsatzsteuerung zeigt nur Mitarbeiter des eigenen Bereiches an, tageweise zugeordnete Mitarbeiter werden nicht angezeigt, somit sieht es so aus als wenn nicht alle Dienste besetzt sind. Die 2 Sterne gibt es, weil die Salden richtig angezeigt werden und die Beantragung und Genehmigung der Workflows aktuell funktionieren. ### 1/5 — Anmeldung *2021-04-09* Ich will mich einloggen doch mir wird der Zugriff verweigert obwohl ich die Einlogdaten bekommen habe und alles eingegeben habe doch da stand das ich bei der App nicht lizensiert bin und mir somit der Zugriff verweigert wird. ### 1/5 — Bitte *2021-02-14* Darkmode **Developer response:** Vielen Dank für Ihr Feedback.
