The app will Load the first time but it won’t load after that. I’ve put my frequent flyer number in and it doesn’t carry over to my bookings. I’ve had to go to the desk and have it entered manually. At times have missed out on selecting a preferred seat and flyer points due frequent flyer number not recorded on my bookings. On opening it now asks for my login id, sends me a verification code, accepts everything as verified and then returns back to the login page asking me to do it all again. That worked, this one doesn’t. Unable to even start the app as it is in a recertification doom loop and wants to control my location privacy.
