Don’t put it out if you do not have a good product! It makes your whole corporation look sickly. ### 1/5 — Won’t allow birth date *2023-03-01* Train registration, it requires the birthdate to be entered. It will not allow the actual birthdate to be entered. It keeps going back to the current date. ### 1/5 — Horrendous *2022-05-02, version 5.0* You try to load it and it doesn’t work. ### 1/5 — Quick app to nowhere *2021-10-10, version 4.0* Love the Atria community. But sorry, this app is horrible! I get to the page where are you put in your email and a code that is sent to your email address but I’ve never received an email. I do get email from the Director of the facility but not one to provide a code that I can submit. This would be a great tool if it worked for families. Knowing in advance what the activities or meals might be would allow us to encourage their participation. Hopefully this app will continue to be improved and used for the benefit of all Atria families. ### 1/5 — Your developers are idiots *2021-08-03, version 4.0* I have an account that I setup on my desktop machine but am unable to access it through the app because you don’t allow logins from anything other than Facebook, google or apple. ### 1/5 — Failed app *2021-07-03, version 4.0* I don’t have a Facebook or Google account, so I was excited when they added access with an Apple account. When I could use my password, it worked great. Now it requires a passcode, with no way to request one. Does no one test these apps before rolling them out? ### 2/5 — Great idea, if it worked *2021-04-26, version 3.0* I love the idea of the residents and family members being able to look at all of the activities and menu and everything it has to offer, but every slinger time I open the app, it force closes within 10 seconds. I even deleted the app and re-downloaded it. Still force closing as soon as I open it so it’s a pretty useless app. ### 1/5 — Welcome email access code? *2021-04-11, version 3.0* I tried creating an account with multiple google and Apple accounts. I am NOT receiving the welcome access code on any of the email accounts. Also, when I log in with Facebook, it just keeps taking me back to the create an account screen with no escape options.
