So I’ve been on this app for five days. It took my money after the first day (I couldn’t see anywhere that said how long the free trial will be) and I thought I might as well use it. It’s pretty good for me to see what’s in my wardrobe- visualising and building outfits, taking photos of what I have and having a polished photo of that item makes me reach out to grab them more. I’ve used the AI assistant to build some fits and also to suggest clothes to buy. And the weekend packing assistant is pretty good. I’ve noticed there’s the option to post things on the socials side of this app but I haven’t figured that out yet and whether you can or not. One of the things I don’t particularly like is the amount of bot accounts there seems to be. They all look similar with their posts, follows, comments etc and it feels isolating. I’m not even sure how many people actually use this or if it is just me. Another thing is setting the currency for items shown. I’m in the uk and everything suggested is in dollars. TLDR Pros - generates polished photos of items -rates and suggests improvements to photos of your fit. - can train the ai to find your style. -helps visualise what you have. - pack my bag is a good/useful function - can adjust price range/brands you want to see and don’t. Cons - mostly bots on the feed if you can post - will take £49.99 after the fist 24 hours of using the app. -photos aren’t always perfect - can’t change the currency. - sizing is done in XS-5XL which doesn’t help if you’re tall or petite (might be able to do this by telling the AI so I haven’t tried it) ### 1/5 — nul *2026-08-10* ça pose pleins pleins de question pour après afficher un bug c'est le genre d'application où il faut payer 10€ par semaine je n'ai pas vu de demande d'abonnement car ça a bugger avant. j'espère que des applications qui ne mentent pas et qui fonctionnes vraiment arriveront un jour. on en a marre de se faire pendre pour des pigeon ### 1/5 — I want a refund immediately *2026-08-07, version 2.9.3* Absolutely ridiculous. The app itself is fine, sure, whatever. I downloaded the app, realized I didn't like it, and uninstalled it within an hour. Should have been simple. But 3 days later, I see I got a charge of $69.99 DOLLARS?? Yes, I checked my subscriptions, it's not in there. It's ALSO NOT in my app history, my purchase history, ANYTHING. I've tried to file a report through apple, and it says that I have no transactions through this app. I'm furious. Can you tell me why I've been charged $70 for an app that I deleted DAYS ago?? One critique is that the AI Stylist doesn’t seem to remember me. Every time I have the AI Stylist create outfits, the same 3 tops are used. It then makes me pay for it. I didn’t think much of it because that’s just how coding works. I then receive an email from my bank saying that they stoped the charge because it seems sketchy. I open my email and they tried charging me $69.99 ### 1/5 — Not enough free features *2026-06-26* Would love to use this app for its full potential but there’s barely any free features everything the app is designed to do costs money and I’m not paying 12 dollars a month for ai ### 3/5 — Some suggestions *2026-06-23* This is the best AI try-on app I’ve found. I really didn’t want to spend this much on an app, but after trying several cheaper options, I realized they were either too complicated or too time-consuming. Atricent is simple, intuitive, and easy to use. The AI try-on feature is amazing. I have aphantasia, which means I can’t visualize things in my mind, so being able to actually see outfits on myself is incredibly helpful. I’ve genuinely enjoyed setting everything up and organizing my wardrobe in the app. My biggest frustration is that I haven’t found a way to edit an outfit once it’s created. As far as I can tell, the only option is to start over from scratch, which can be pretty time-consuming. If outfit editing were added, this app would be nearly perfect for me. **Developer response:** Thank you for your review, we appreciate all the feedback. Our team is adding outfit editing today. We are adding a way to shop in the app as well which will help us offset and reduce costs. ### 1/5 — Subscription *2026-05-07, version 2.9.3* Doesn’t let you cancel ur subscription ### 1/5 — Idee ganz cool aber das war’s *2026-04-21* Die Idee dahinter ist super cool und an sich ist die App auch klasse aufgebaut, allerdings kann man die App wirklich nur benutzen wenn man 10€/Monat bezahlt. Reason 1, the way to ask about items is so weird. You have to use the questions they hand over to you because if you ask the ai anything else, it’ll tell you whatever you say it cant process or something. Reason 2, the “try on” ai is ridiculous. The ai looks so funky and it’s clearly horrible. And last but for sure not least reason 3, where i’m stuck on free trial. I don’t want to accuse an app of scamming me, but I cant find a button to cancel the free trial so Im being charged monthly or yearly for an app I find useless. This is absolutely ridiculous. I cant even vote it anywhere above a 1 star because of how much I hate it. Never trust apps that ask for a free trial, its 2026 and we’re paying to test out apps? All subscriptions can be cancelled any time in the first page on the settings. ### 1/5 — Stuck on free trial *2026-03-11* I made my account, logged in, and filled out the questions then when I try to actually use the app my screen is stuck on “start your 3 free day trial now” there’s no way to escape the screen and actually use the app. I tried clicking all corners to exit, deleting and redownloading the account, but nothing worked. I am very disappointed and wish that I didn’t have to start a free trial which will charge me 3 days later to just use the app. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — WARNING: charged €59,99 immedialty *2026-08-31* I signed up because the app clearly offered me a 1-month free trial, but I was charged €59.99 after only ONE DAY. I am a student, so €59.99 is a significant amount of money for me, especially when I specifically chose the service because of the free trial. I immediately contacted customer support to ask for a refund, but I still haven’t received any response. My account even shows that my next payment is scheduled for August 27, 2027. Please be very careful when signing up for the “free trial”.
