Additionally, the app often doesn’t show my ID forcing me to login a second time. So I am trapped out of my dorm thanks to this app. Do you developers realize people rely on this heavily, there are real consequences to your actions? Maybe don’t hire actual children to program this very important tool for students? Seriously… I called your help desk and the guy told me he had no clue how to fix it and then I called my IT at my school and they had no idea either. Thanks to your lackluster programming I get the short end of the stick. Great app you guys, really well done. I hope this gets removed permanently because I’m extremely disappointed this got the green light. Thanks for nothing. The GET app was a little clunky but this is incomparably worse. It makes you enter the following every time you open the app and want to add Campus Cash: your email (3 times), your password, your phone number, and your credit card info. The “save this info” options just do not work. After doing all this you are greeted with either “Page Not Found” (which means it went through) or something like “Payment Service Not Currently Available” (which means it didn’t). This app doesn’t work on campus Wi-Fi, this app stalls on its request, this app delays by five minutes when you do get past authentication. It’s very convenient to have. Those who reviewed the app badly simply did not follow the correct steps on the UCard website. If you do not see the credentials button, then you either have not uploaded a photo to the UCard website, or you have not been given the credentials access. If the credential button still hasn’t shown up, you can just call the UCard office and have them easily fix it. App works seamlessly no matter if I am using my phone or not. ### 3/5 — Can’t find my campus email address despite my university participation in Atrium Connect *2024-10-18, version 1.1.22* Hi, my campus, East Central University, participates in Atrium Connect for me to view my meal plan information on the website, but I can’t access my information through the mobile app, because after I enter my university email address, I get an error that my email address can’t be found. ### 2/5 — App Doesn’t Work *2026-02-14, version 1.1.22* I’ll preface this by saying I’m not sure if this is the fault of my institution, NOVA Community College, or this app. My issue is that I’m unable to access my account on this app, despite providing all the correct credentials (username, password, and OTP). My institution previously used an app called GET in order to allow students load money on to their College IDs. Whoever at NOVA who was in charge of the migration from GET to this app, did not do a good job. I’m left unable to load money onto my card because my account has been “migrated” off the old platform - but the new platform (Atrium) has “no record found” for my account, and doesn’t even let me create an account. My ultimate goal was to print one singular document while on campus which I’m now unable to do thanks to this bogus software and/or the NOVACard migration team ### 2/5 — Just like every other review *2025-11-04, version 1.1.22* The “credentials” tab under Settings does not exist which means I just can’t use the card because it can’t be added to my wallet.
