### 4/5 — good app

*2026-03-31, version 2.6.8*

its a good idea. theres a couple changes that really need to happen though.

1. make an option to turn the games sound off completely. you can turn it off at the beginning of the case but theres still sounds at the end. this makes it really annoying to try to play this game while listening to music/working out cause it pauses the music every time a sound plays.

2. make a section at the end of each case where you can send a report on the case because quite a few cases have errors that we should be able to send feedback on

3. go through the AI clinical images and look at them. some of them are so crazy one was a ultrasound showing both kidneys. some of them just look completely unrealistic

### 3/5 — Pretty okay game

*2026-02-21, version 2.6.4*

So at first I gave the gam 1 star because it wouldn’t even let me into the game. 3 days later I tried again and I got in it’s a decent game

### 4/5 — Would be nice

*2026-02-12, version 2.6.1*

It would be mine if there was a dark mode option for the app. Otherwise I like the learning opportunities.

### 4/5 — My personal reiview

*2026-01-03, version 2.5.6*

Been using this app it i great but i wish they split the specialities eg: cases for optham and ent are together and so is neuro and psych which is really problematic for me because i study 1 at a time. It would be i swear perfect if they can split it up. Also if they could add maybe complications of the disease to the questions or make some t/f questions would be amazing.

### 4/5 — Love it

*2026-01-02, version 2.5.6*

So I’m loving this game. I just wish there was a monthly option for the pro version. I can’t afford to lay out $60+ all at once. But I could afford $12-15 a month for pro. Please consider offering a monthly option!!!

### 3/5 — Good game

*2025-11-24, version 2.5.1*

The game itself is absolutely brilliant. Really detailed, and good fun to solve the cases with lots of learning opportunities etc.

HOWEVER, you can only play a few cases a day (and the game is lacking lots of detail because you have to subscribe for it) without paying an absolutely extortionate price. £50 for a year subscription, or £40 for 6 months! If there was an option to pay £5 a month I’d jump on it, but I can’t commit to paying such a large amount for a game in one go - how do I know the game will continue to be updated and I won’t run out of cases to play in a months time? Then my money was wasted.
If you had the option to pay monthly, I think many more people would be likely to subscribe, but £50 (reduced from £85!!) is too much to pay in one go in my opinion. I know £5 a month is more than £50 a year - but it’s easier to commit to for many people, and as a company you’d be making more if you keep the game interesting with lots of cases because people will continue their subscription every month 😊

Please make this an option 🙏🏼

### 4/5 — Fun!

*2025-10-08, version 2.4.5*

I love this app but I’m currently in Highschool and I want to be an msn one day and I wish I could have the full experience without paying 50$ other than that, great app!

### 2/5 — Good app if you have moneyyy

*2025-10-06, version 2.4.5*

Great idea for an app and has so much potential as a revision tool for medical students! Unfortunately, you cannot work through a case without ‘hearts’ which only come once every 10 ish hours, and the cheapest plan to have unlimited cases is £39.99 (£69.99 without the discount). I think the hearts ought to be given more frequently, there needs to be the option to get hearts by watching ads, or the pricing needs to be more reasonable.

### 5/5 — Amazing!

*2025-10-03, version 2.4.5*

It’s a very cool app, keeps my mind occupied and sharp!

### 5/5 — Fun way to apply knowledge

*2025-09-30, version 2.4.4*

Really enjoyable. Would love there to be more ways to earn coins/hearts for those who want to play for free, more than just sharing with friends!

### 4/5 — Nice platform some glitches

*2025-09-30, version 2.4.4*

There is a problem with the platform as the tips page passes too quickly while loading. I emailed but no response. Also there is only a fixed number of cases, i would love it if they add more to them. I really like how it has a realistic approach that follows the flow of what happens in reality. Great for a medical student.

### 5/5 — Top tier app

*2025-09-25, version 2.4.4*

Very detailed features, great for on the go learning as well as it makes learning fun through gamifying

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

Very slow app

### 1/5 — App not working after update

*2025-11-20*

It was pretty good in the beginning and I purchased the subscription for one year. But the app is not working after recent update.

**Developer response:** Hey, we apologise for the poor experience, this is an unusual error though, please email us at softwares@atriumlab.ai for a prompt solution.

### 1/5 — Bugged

*2025-11-18, version 2.5.0*

Cant even open the app:/

### 1/5 — Paid app (now)

*2025-10-18*

Earlier it was one of the best app , I used it so much that I have been addicted to it , but now they have changed all feature to the paid version.
Now for anything you want you have to pay for it , hence its usage had declined now

### 1/5 — Money grab

*2025-10-16, version 2.4.6*

Ads are totally misleading. Said no subscriptions or purchases. It will notify you all day that you need to treat patients but that you have to buy the subscription to do so. Don’t download it, you’ll end up deleting it right after anyway.

### 1/5 — very less case

*2025-10-15*

only 190 clinical case so not useful

### 1/5 — To expensive

*2025-10-09, version 2.4.5*

Unable to fully make use and learn to expensive

### 1/5 — AI slop

*2025-09-25, version 2.4.3*

Everything in this game is AI generated. The art, the text, the narration, the “breakdowns”. It’s all contradictory to itself and feels extremely hollow.

Also, not a very good educational support, as it does not seem to be being verified by any human, due to an abundance of errors.

### 1/5 — Had to Give 1*

*2025-09-23, version 2.4.3*

I had to give it 1* . Look, the concept is good.. but the app need to run , right?
It has huge bugs and many time it doesn't open ( only blink the loading page )

### 2/5 — App crashed

*2026-02-02*

App not working after the payment to upgrade to Pro
Please look into that

**Developer response:** Hey, apologies for the poor experience, however, this is an unusual issue. Please email us at softwares@atriumlab.ai for a quick resolution.

### 5/5 — Wow!

*2025-12-17, version 2.5.4*

I loved it so much, it’s very good app to revise your knowledge and to put yourself in a real doctor shoe (if you’re still a student I mean)
Still not tried it for a long time, but from my experience so far, it’s amazing

### 5/5 — Nice App

*2025-12-07*

Brilliant App, its great that it is free to use. It is quite addictive.

**Developer response:** Hey, glad you liked the app, thank you for the amazing review. :)

### 5/5 — Opinion from a 3rd year Medical Student

*2025-12-04, version 2.5.2*

This app is absolutely insane in terms of distinct clinical presentations and understanding the rationale for performance of specific procedures.

It also provides unique characterisation of conditions improving diagnostic acuity in medical school.

### 5/5 — Amazing Atrium

*2025-10-30*

This medical puzzle is absolutely amazing! It’s not only fun but also a great way to sharpen medical knowledge and memory. The quality is excellent, illustrations are clear, and every piece helps you revise anatomy and clinical concepts in an engaging way. Ideal for medical students, interns, and even doctors who love learning with a twist

**Developer response:** Hey, glad you liked the app. Thank you for the amazing review. :)

### 5/5 — Great insight trainer

*2025-10-26, version 2.4.6*

I find that you can work on intuition when presented with a case. You’re not always correct and that is why you have colleagues to fall back on. I am in no way a professional and am just learning. However just cracked the first two cases without incident. For med students this is a lovely little app. Not the best, but we all start somewhere

### 5/5 — Excellent

*2025-10-16, version 2.4.6*

Questions are based on MRCP question bank along with many other. So the standard of questions are just excellent, beyond my imagination.

### 5/5 — Good

*2025-10-05*

Good

**Developer response:** Hey, glad you liked the app, thank you for the amazing review. :)
