The worst part is trying to cancel. The subscription doesn’t appear in Apple Subscriptions, and when I tried to cancel through Atrix, it simply paused the subscription instead of cancelling it. It still shows a future renewal at £34.99 per month. Looking at the other reviews, I’m clearly not the only person experiencing problems with charges and cancellation. Extremely disappointing and concerning. I have attempted to send a message to the team. I keep getting errors with that too. Dont waste your damn money on this sight. They steal your money when you cancel with them.
