The machine has dang near tried to print. I’ve had to shut down the phone as well and the printer is just shht This app has gone down hill. Before I could edit on the app without being connected, now I have to have it edited. I really hope there’s an alternative app that will work with this device. Machines 90% charged and stutters while printing now also for some reason. My printer is clean my papers new.

You can’t put more than one image to print on the same paper at a time less imagine you just want to print 4 by 4 inch the order space on the paper will be useless. You need to add more option so that someone can add more image on the same page before printing. Please 
Other app can allow you to put more then 6 images together if it will enter the A4 paper space

Why is this keep saying ‘phone Bluetooth is off’ when it’s not. I tried to connect iPad and iPhone, on both it is only saying ‘Phone Bluetooth is off’ when its not , so I try to connect it on my actual Bluetooth, its showing up but refuses to connect since its ‘not supported’ okay cool at least machine is working..? It has an option to scan the QR code on the machine itself, scan, and just disappear. So, no way to use it

Fresh out of the box, I’ve tried troubleshooting and nothing will print. I hope I can get a refund because this is messing up my business. The troubleshooting page us a 404. I’m very disappointed.

La app muy bien y todo pero cuando quiere me saca las impresiones de calcos mas pequeñas aunque las ponga a la medida. He probado con las medidas en procreate, en la app de page y en la propia app y cuando le parece lo saca mas pequeño. Soluciónenlo por favor.

Раньше приложение работала прекрасно. Сейчас ставлю один размер, а он печатает его меньше. Из-за этого тратиться очень много трансферных листов, чтобы подогнать размер!
