This app will not let you log in. It’s useless. Make sure you can properly support your employees before you take other options away. Get your act together.

Need to open a ticket and app asks for barcode or user site to proceed. Entered my credentials and will not let me access site.  Online tells me to log in on mobile device and it is pointless as you are not able to log in.

Could not get past the first screen. It wanted me to scan a QR code. What QR code??? What is an instance id? If my laptop was working, I could try to find help on MyATSC, but then why would I use the app?

Took forever to figure out how to sign in you have to put Allstate found that out by reading the reviews on this app. Allstate makes it almost impossible to speak to a live person. I had to re-order a new laptop due to the fact that the one I currently had burned out this is the second time my laptop burns out. I tried calling ATSC. It took me 10 tries in order to get a live representative. This app seems worthless for this type of issue

I did manage to login, only by reading these reviews and discovering about typing “Allstate” in the first field. But then after getting a technician on the chat I had lengthy waits between each response from him and after about 45 mins he just stopped responding and abandoned me and nothing was ever fixed. Later I checked the app and saw he had marked the ticket as “resolved”. Nice. Thanks for all the help.

this app is pretty much useless if your computer is down and tells you to use the app when you get to the app, it’s asking for credentials that nobody gives you but they have done away with the telephone service so God knows what you’re supposed to do

I’ve seen a few people not being able to log in from the first screen. The instance just needs the word allstate, it should pre fill in the rest. Click save and log in and it will prompt for your sign on and vpn code. Fairly straight forward from there

After you open the app, enter Allstate into the first line. It will load the NTID login page, you can enter your credentials and password here to login. Use your VIP access code.
