Izmantojot Valsts ieņēmumu dienesta (VID) mobilo lietotni “ATTAISNOTIE IZDEVUMI”, Jūs jebkurā laikā varat saglabāt un uzkrāt attaisnoto izdevumu apliecinošus dokumentus (čekus, kvītis, u.c. maksājuma dokumentus) iekļaušanai savā gada ienākumu deklarācijā. VID atgādina, ka iedzīvotāju ienākuma nodokļa (IIN) maksātājam ir tiesības atgūt samaksātā nodokļa daļu IIN likmes apmērā par izglītības un ārstniecības izdevumiem no Ministru kabineta noteikumos “Noteikumi par attaisnotajiem izdevumiem par izglītību un ārstnieciskajiem pakalpojumiem” noteiktās gada normas - 213,43 euro līdz 2015. gadam un 215 eiro no 2016. gada.
Attaisnotie izdevumi par izglītību un ārstnieciskajiem pakalpojumiem ir atskaitāmi no gada apliekamo ienākumu apjoma, tātad – deklarējot. Tas nozīmē, ka fiziskā persona, kas vēlas saņemt atmaksātus attaisnotos izdevumus, aizpilda un ar Elektroniskās deklarēšanas sistēmas (EDS) starpniecību iesniedz gada ienākumu deklarāciju.

Lai izmantotu mobilo lietotni, Jums ir jābūt reģistrētam EDS lietotājam! Par EDS lietotāju var reģistrēties tiešsaistē, pieslēdzoties ar Latvija.lv autentifikācijas moduļa palīdzību. Lietotāji, kuri EDS ir reģistrējusies tiešsaistē un nav saņēmuši lietotāja vārdu un paroli, mobilajā lietotnē var autentificēties ar QR koda palīdzību. QR kods lietotāja autentifikācijai mobilajā lietotnē ir pieejams EDS sadaļas “IESTATĪJUMI” lapā “Profils”.

Aplikācija ir diezgan ērta. 
Mīnusos- ailē ar reģ. Nr. varētu saglabāties jau iepriekš rakstītie numuri. Un vēl- ja no viena telefona vada dokumentus diviem lietotājiem, tad abos saglabājas abu apgādājamie, kas nav loģiski.
