Es lassen sich mit ATTEN individuelle Zeitpläne festlegen oder ein einzelnes App Limit. Auch sofortige Aktivierung ist möglich und es gibt eine Pausen Funktion via Widget. Zudem kann man während eines aktiven Zeitplans, Pausen nehmen oder einstellen wie oft eine Pause aktiviert oder ob keine getätigt werden darf. I can’t describe how much it has helped me control my excessive social media usage. ### 5/5 — Better than alternatives *2025-03-24, version 1.19* I've been using this app for a little bit, and I can say that it's really good. There's another popular app called [Well, I won't say its name]. There are other apps in this space. What really makes this app shine is its beautiful UI and blocking your apps (which a lot of other apps on the App Store do) in a very nice way, allowing you to take breaks, which is really nice. Not only does it have a scheduling feature (basically required for an app like this), but it also allows you to control adding breaks and controlling the strictness of the breaks. Really good app, great job with it! The only issue (not really big) is that some of the more advanced features are gated behind an $80 lifetime subscription. But it seems to me that you don't need those features, so the app is not really lacking. I signed up for the premium version so I could use the strict blocks. It’s been great so far. I was using Opal (free version) and was wanting to upgrade so I could use strict blocks you cannot bypass. Sooo overpriced. I found this app as an alternative and it does exactly what I need it to do at a reasonable price point. The app can be a little buggy sometimes and crashes occasionally while in the app. It sometimes takes a few times fully closing it and opening it up again, but it works eventually. Also sometimes it glitches for a bit and you’ll be able to get into an app that you’ve blocked, but that does not happen often at all. I like that you can customize the message on screen for when you open a blocked app. My only tiny criticism is that it still says “Time to take a break from this app, just as you planned”. Literally not an issue at all I just would prefer if it was totally customizable and that additional text not to be there.
