## What is Attendance Tracker?

Take attendance in seconds, not minutes. Everyone starts present, so you only tap the students who are missing. That is the whole job, and it is how it feels every single day.

WHY TEACHERS CHOOSE TAKEROLL

- Mark a full class in about twenty seconds
- Works completely offline, so a weak signal never stops you
- No account and no sign up, ever
- No ads, anywhere in the app
- No tracking and no analytics of any kind
- Your records stay on your device, not on our servers

TAKE THE ROLL

- Everyone begins present, tap only the exceptions
- Press and hold for late, excused, tardy, field trip, or a note
- Open the app during a lesson and it jumps straight to that class
- Sort by name or bring absent students to the top
- Search instantly in large classes
- Cold call picks a random student and never repeats until everyone has had a turn

BUILT FOR A REAL TIMETABLE

- Weekly, alternating A and B weeks, two week and rotating day cycles
- Any weekend, including six day weeks and Sunday to Thursday weeks
- Cancel a lesson with a reason and bring it back at any time
- Add holiday ranges that clear the whole term in one step
- Add one off make up lessons
- Change the schedule mid term without losing a single mark

SEE THE PATTERN EARLY

- A term heat map that shows attendance at a glance
- Automatic flag when a student misses three sessions in a row
- Your own attendance rules, for example more than fifteen percent absent
- Per student rates, streaks and weekday patterns
- Session by session matrix for the whole class

REPORTS THE OFFICE ASKS FOR

- CSV export, free forever
- Complete backup and restore as a single file
- Signable PDF register for printing and filing
- Styled Excel workbook
- Per student PDF handouts for meetings

OPTIONAL AI HELP

- Read a class list from a photo of a paper roster
- Turn flagged students into a short written brief
- Draft a cover note to send with a report
- Set up a whole term from a plain description

DESIGNED WITH CARE

- Fast, quiet interface with a clear light and dark theme
- Full iPad layout with a true two pane view
- Works in your own number system and week start
- Built for teachers, tutors, coaches, trainers and childcare staff

PRIVACY WE ACTUALLY MEAN

Your class records never leave your device. There is no login, no cloud sync and no third party tracking. Deleting the app deletes the data with it.
