## What is Attendance.cy?

Attendance.cy keeps the whole workday in one clear mobile app—from clock-in to approved timesheets.

FOR EMPLOYEES
• See today’s shift and your weekly schedule
• Clock in and out using the verification methods enabled by your employer
• Review breaks, tasks, workplaces and schedule changes
• Offer a shift, request cover or accept an open shift
• Check worked, rostered, adjusted and approved hours
• Request leave and follow its approval status
• Message teammates, share files and see read receipts
• Choose from seven supported languages and light or dark mode

STAY CONNECTED TO MANAGEMENT
When plans change, eligible and available employees receive open-shift invitations and can respond in the app. Managers see delivery, views and responses in the Attendance.cy management portal, while the first valid acceptance is allocated with conflict and availability checks.

BUILT FOR RELIABLE ATTENDANCE
Depending on your organisation’s policy, Attendance.cy can verify attendance using workplace location, Wi-Fi, rotating QR codes or device biometrics. Clear status, live worked time and an auditable history help everyone understand what happened.

Attendance.cy requires an invitation from a participating organisation. Available features and verification methods are configured by your employer.
