When an user enters in waiting room you could unmute a different user than the one you want to unmute. Also, the ability to pin a participant to the top of the list would be great! ### 5/5 — Very good app *2020-09-01* It is nice ### 5/5 — Great tool for maintaining control *2020-08-30* I host zoom meetings of over 60 participants where multiple attendees present information, as well as discussion and interaction with multiple attendees and this app has really simplified maintaining control of those meetings. At times running training sessions over zoom can turn into a bit of bedlam. It’s easy to arrange for orderly flow of those meetings with Attendant, even to take attendance. It’s helpful in keeping any disruptions to a minimum by quickly identifying rogue live microphones and control video displays. I like that as soon as video or microphone goes live, the user shows up in the display on the iPad. In general users have their cameras off unless presenting or having a q&a in the meetings I run so it’s helpful to quickly identify and shut off those random inputs. I’d recommend Attendant to anyone who coordinates similar Zoom conferences, especially with the recent additions. ### 5/5 — Awesome *2020-08-29* This is a fantastic app for all the zoom meetings that are taking place. Thanks. ### 1/5 — NEED A VPP VERSION!!! *2020-10-17* Can we get a Pro version so schools can purchase in bulk from Apple School Manager & VPP. Using in app purchases prevents most schools and businesses from being able to buy the pro version for their staff. **Developer response:** I'm happy to let you know that a VPP version is now available as "Attendant Pro for Zoom" (you can search in the App Store or view other apps by Think Tap Work). We hope you will consider changing your one-star rating. ### 2/5 — Doesn’t work on many organizational accounts *2021-07-18* Cool app, but it has spent more time not working than working. Ours is an organizational account, and for security reasons, a minimum version is set. But this does not meet those requirements. As such you can’t log in or join a meeting. **Developer response:** Sorry you have had an issue. To our knowledge only one organization has had this issue. Your organization is in control of the version number they choose to require. And Zoom is in control of how frequently they update their SDK for developers. Fortunately this issue has been fixed with the latest version. ### 4/5 — Works for me *2026-02-19* This gave me two features I needed, participants count, and export participants list. One feature needed, is if I am configured as co-host in a reoccurring meeting, then I should be able to sign on and be made co-host automatically without the host making me co-host. Would change to 5 star for that feature. **Developer response:** Thank you for the feedback. Since the app is not logged in as a host, it does not have the permissions to grant host or co-host to anyone. If you are able to log in with the host account then you will automatically have those permissions when you join the meeting. ### 4/5 — Crashes after updating is now fixed *2024-07-02* Updated and now app just crashes after selecting meeting to join. Sorry about the inconvenience. ### 4/5 — good, but… *2023-07-22* This is an amazing app. However, with the newest update , we have run into an issue where leaving the app for more than a couple minutes, the meeting disconnects, and you have to reconnect again. We never had this problem in previous versions, and we are hoping this situation can be rectified so we can continue using this amazing app. **Developer response:** This issue should be fixed. Let us know if you are still having any issues. ### 4/5 — great but notifications are silent *2022-06-16* This app works really well and is very useful for managing large meetings. The only problem I have encountered is that the notifications do not have sound or haptic feedback. This is the case on the phone and watch. Use case: at live event being streamed, I login, lock phone and put in pocket. Notifications should be coming through on watch. They appear only on wrist raise. This means I am constantly missing notifications (waiting room, chats etc). Please add the ability to have sound or haptic feedback on notifications. Is a real timesaver. Greatly improves my workflow and makes it so easy to manage large groups. I had an issue with the software crashing on my M1 macbook and contacted Jeremy.He issued a fix in less than 24 hours to the App store. The instruction was given that we cannot admit people who do not put their first and last names. So they stay in the waiting room until they change the name themselves. But on many occasions they do not change it and they miss the meeting. I would like that from the attendant application I could write a message to everyone in the waiting room. to tell you that they have to change their name in order to be admitted to the meeting. will it be possible to achieve that? **Developer response:** Thanks!
