I added 2 agenda items and that was that. I can’t do anything else and I can’t see what I’ve done. ### 1/5 — Useless and buggy *2023-10-05* Locks up or crashes when viewing various things in the app. Requires you to log in to create an agenda of specific sessions at a conference you want to attend. Doesn’t let you add things to your agenda if they overlap even slightly. Doesn’t let you add extra things like lunch break etc to your agenda. Not that it matters because trying to view your agenda freezes the app! When I then try to access the account and enter the exact email address and password I just created, I keep getting a “Invalid credentials” message. I then tried resetting the password to a one less complex, still getting the same message. App is not functional. I’m a Software SQA engineer. Useless. ### 1/5 — Garbage App *2025-06-17* Garbage app. Constantly freezes when trying to view My Agenda. Unresponsive controls. ### 1/5 — Navigation within app doesn’t work *2025-06-16* Trying to use this for Bild Expo, it takes almost a minute to get from one screen to another. You can see “My Agenda” but only when it’s empty. As soon as you’ve added something to your agenda, the app punts you to the Bild Expo main page whenever you tap My Agenda. The app is effectively unusable. FWIW, the Android app works fine on my phone. ### 1/5 — Wow *2025-04-10* While I am a student and automatically don’t like school websites, this one stands out. This is one of the worst prices of software I have ever had the displeasure of using. I know for a fact that the dumbest person in my coding class could make a more obvious and useful map, as well as a more enjoyable experience for the user. I thought Itopia was at rock bottom, but I have been proven wrong. ### 1/5 — Not good - no personalized agenda *2025-03-01, version 1.100.1* I’ve tried the app with one conference, so some of my criticisms may be due the conference itself, but I think the app is also quite poor. When I first downloaded the app, I could add agenda items to my personal agenda. But when I clicked on “My Agenda”, the app just hung and crashed. I uninstalled and reinstalled it, and it started working. But even when it worked, there’s no option to export my agenda to my calendar Then it disappeared. No “My Agenda” option. I assume the organizers removed it because it wasn’t working for others. So I used the “Favourite” option to denote which events I wanted to attend. It worked for a bit, then all my favourites disappeared. Argh! So much wasted time! There were other issues, but the lack of a functioning agenda is a fatal flaw. ### 1/5 — The app says to scan a barcode or search by name. *2024-07-21* The abscess to search a barcode or search by name. What barcode? What name? I tried entering Pawn expo, I tried entering my name, and I tried entering the fast track ID number. Nope. ### 1/5 — AWE 2024 app is stuck at 0% - FIX IT! *2024-06-04* I downloaded this app to connect with AWE 2024. After I scanned the WR code again with this app, the AWE app is stuck at 0%. This has been going on for over 30 minutes! Is it server issue or app issue. Devs, y’all need to fix this asap! ### 1/5 — My agenda doesn’t work *2024-04-26* I can save classes to My Agenda, but then cannot view My Agenda. When tapping My Agenda, the app freezes for several seconds, the reloads the main screen. The screen freezes when selected, then about 10 seconds later it flashes a blank white screen and the. Returns to the previous menu screen view (for Agile2025). Frustrating when I previously spent time selecting all the sessions I want to attend and now can’t access the information. ### 2/5 — Constantly logging me out 20+ times during conference *2025-03-12* The app seems to work OK when I am logged in. However, every single time I finish with the app, lock my phone and come back to reference it for the next session, I find the app has me logged out and have to log back in manually with my email and password AGAIN. Over a 3 day conference here this has happened over a dozen times and it’s incredibly annoying to have to keep re-logging in.
