## What is Atticbook?

Atticbook is a home inventory you actually finish. Walk through each room, add your belongings with a photo, and record the details that matter for insurance claims and for your own records — brand, model, serial number, when you got it, and what it would cost to replace.

WHY KEEP A HOME INVENTORY
After a fire, flood, or break-in, insurers ask what you owned. FEMA and major insurers recommend preparing a home inventory before you need it. Most people put it off — Atticbook makes it a one-evening job.

• ROOM BY ROOM — each room shows its item count and replacement total, with a grand total for the whole home always in view.
• THE DETAILS THAT MATTER — photo, brand, model, serial, acquisition year, estimated replacement cost, and notes, kept together on every item.
• A READABLE REPORT — export a room-by-room PDF with photos, totals, and the report date, ready to share.
