Pour faciliter la gestion de vos comptes, « Attijari Mobile » vous permet de consulter et de gérer vos comptes en toute confidentialité et en toute sécurité à distance 24h/24 et 7J/7. Le téléchargement et l’accès à l’application est gratuit pour tous les clients disposant du service Attijarinet (Gratuit) et requiert les mêmes codes d’authentification.

- Effectuer et suivre vos opérations de « Cash Express Automatic », vos bénéficiaires peuvent retirer l’argent envoyé instantanément à partir de tous les GAB d’Attijariwafa bank, sans carte, moyennant un code communiqué pendant l’initiation de votre opération. La transaction est plafonnée à 2000 DHS par opération et 20 000 DHS par an,

The app only accepts the new CNIE V2 or a passport to activate Attijari Secure. My current CNIE is valid until 2029, so I can’t replace it yet, and I don’t have a passport. I also couldn’t create a virtual card because OTPs never arrived by SMS or email. Finally, the app doesn’t blur its contents or block screenshots when it’s in the background, unlike most banking apps. Essential features and security need improvement.

I had a very frustrating experience trying to activate my travel allowance with Attijariwafa Bank. The whole process relies on KYC verification, but it was extremely slow and kept failing for no valid reason.

Despite providing a valid passport and CIN, the system repeatedly returned a failure status. There was no clear explanation or guidance on what was wrong, which made the situation even more frustrating.

This became a serious issue while I was traveling. I was trying to make a payment and suddenly couldn’t access my own money, leaving me stuck without funds at a critical moment.

A bank should ensure that essential services like this are reliable and efficient, especially when customers are abroad. Unfortunately, this experience shows major flaws in their system and a lack of dependability when it matters most.
