Since last week until today I have been going to the Sidi Said Meknes bank branch to change the number and the lady there tells me that the system is down and I cannot do that. This is unreasonable. I will have to close my account with you permanently and withdraw my money from that account. The matter must be fixed soon because we want to conduct banking transactions and we need our number there.

تحية طيبة وبعد … إن التحديث الجديد فيه العديد من الميزات الجيدة التي كنا نفتقدها كمستخدمين للتطبيق  لكن بعض الخدمات قد تم إلغائها مثل تعبئة جواز وتعبئة الهاتف المتنقل بكل شركاته اقتصرت الخدمة الآن على دفع الفواتير فقط 
أرجو أن تأخذو بعين الاعتبار إضافة هذة الخدمات بالتحديث القادم

The app only accepts the new CNIE V2 or a passport to activate Attijari Secure. My current CNIE is valid until 2029, so I can’t replace it yet, and I don’t have a passport. I also couldn’t create a virtual card because OTPs never arrived by SMS or email. Finally, the app doesn’t blur its contents or block screenshots when it’s in the background, unlike most banking apps. Essential features and security need improvement.

I had a very frustrating experience trying to activate my travel allowance with Attijariwafa Bank. The whole process relies on KYC verification, but it was extremely slow and kept failing for no valid reason.

Despite providing a valid passport and CIN, the system repeatedly returned a failure status. There was no clear explanation or guidance on what was wrong, which made the situation even more frustrating.

This became a serious issue while I was traveling. I was trying to make a payment and suddenly couldn’t access my own money, leaving me stuck without funds at a critical moment.

A bank should ensure that essential services like this are reliable and efficient, especially when customers are abroad. Unfortunately, this experience shows major flaws in their system and a lack of dependability when it matters most.
