Attune is an emotional check-in app built autistic-first - good for any mind that gets overloaded.

BLANK CHECK-IN FIRST

Start with a blank field, not a quiz. Scroll a field of light to find emotions and pick what fits. If nothing fits, "couldn't name it today" sits right at the center. A complete answer, not a failure.

Whatever you name threads through everything else: it colors the app, seeds your writing, and routes what you're offered.

WHAT'S INSIDE

Check-in — name a feeling, or don't
Reflect — write freely, or think it through with structured prompts
Skills — practices matched to the state you're actually in
Patterns & History — History is a plain record. Patterns shows comparisons ("lower-energy than last week"), never verdicts.


NO STREAKS, NO SCORES, NO VERDICTS

Attune never tells you that you had a bad week. Language is comparative and literal. Nothing is gamified. Miss a month and nothing scolds you.

YOUR DATA STAYS ON YOUR PHONE

No accounts. No ads. No trackers. No data to sell. Your check-ins stay on your phone — and if you choose iCloud backup, they go to your own iCloud, never to us.

Attune can read Apple Health and Apple Weather signals if you turn them on, and can pull a moment from Apple's Journaling Suggestions — only the one you pick. Attune never watches your day.

ABOUT THE READINGS

Short readings are written on your phone by Apple Intelligence, opt-in, and never uploaded. There is no chatbot anywhere in Attune. Everything else is hand-authored and deterministic — the same check-in always reads the same.

PRACTICES FROM MANY TRADITIONS

Contemplative, philosophical, faith, and recovery traditions, each with its own toggle. Off by default. Pick up to two.

Circle Monthly and Circle Annual are auto-renewable subscriptions billed to your Apple Account. They renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and you can manage or cancel them in your Apple Account settings at any time.
