### 5/5 — Very Important after Cancer Diagnosis and Beyond

I found attune offered good suggestions. The exercises were easy to figure out. While I had learned many of these skills in life, having cancer made the refresher and focus very important.

Liked the variety of skills. Having to repeat and practice some exercises felt tedious at first, but I’m glad I did the work. I found my favorite exercises and can repeat them in the car before appointments. And I still use them in survivorship.

Really important is distinguishing what is within and outside my control. I would have appreciated this earlier in the experience.
