ADT is this app are terrible. I get no notifications through this system. My cameras used to decide when they want to work and when they don’t. Now they just don’t work at all. Calling adt is like pulling teeth to get them to do something. What a waste of money.

If I had to rely on this I would not get ADT.  It’s junk - lousy screen captures, phone gets hot, slow loading, unwieldy and not user friendly. For as much as we pay every month we should have the latest tech, instead we have that of the dial up era.

This app needs some major patches and updates. Takes way to long to load up on the phone and such a pain to go through playbacks. ATVVision and ADT need to get to it already.

Does not work more than it works if you call Adt or Adp whoever they are and they give you the runaround and you run around and you run around and then you finally get mad at him and yell at him and they finally sent somebody out and and they start working right and it finally starts working and they have no idea why then it quit working and you can’t get it working and then you just hate because it’s such a hassle and the people that they have on the phone don’t know what they’re doing and most of guys that come out here you have to get a couple of money to get them to do it I’d never buy Adt and I’d never buy tv stuff again. Yeah I think it’s 18 ATV.

The purpose of going with ADT and ATVision was their ability to monitor my property in real time and to be alerted of any exterior movement. As of September 3, 2024 I stopped getting alerts. After 5 visits by ADT Services they determined that they needed to replace the ATVision box and it could take 3-4 weeks of no coverage.. completely unacceptable. After they returned with the new box they still couldn’t get it to work. When the ADT Tech was on the phone with ATVision and several attempts, the ATVision tech it looks like we are having a software issue… I said are you asking or are you telling me that there is a software issue?? He then tells us to the surprise of ADT tech that there is a software issue and they are aware of it but do not have a fix. So after 5 visits, replacing hardware and countless hours on the phone it was determined they don’t have any idea to help. So I am paying for services that ADT and ATVision can’t provide or support. I will be canceling this agreement.

I have MULTIPLE cheap $250 four-8 channel security systems that watch over storages that work soooooooo much better then this. I literally can not say 1 good thing about this system flawed in every aspect
