Néanmoins, il manque peut être le calcul des heures supplémentaires. Un paramètrage des heures sur une journée (contrat) exemple: j’ai un contrat 35h soit 7h par jour, si je fait 45h semaine (7h à 25%, 3h à 50%) la majoration des heures n’est pas faite actuellement. C’est peut être un paramètre à mettre en place ou alors je n’ai pas trouvé l’option. Оценку ставлю авансом. Пишу, чтобы попросить добавить функцию маркировки оплаченных и неоплаченных смен. Я за какую-то работу получаю оплату единоразово в начале следующего месяца, от другого клиента могу получить сразу на следующий день, могу получить сразу за 1 смену, а могу накопить несколько неоплаченных смен. Мне нужно отмечать, за какие смены (проекты) я уже получил оплату, а какие ещё не оплачены, чтобы не путаться. Спасибо P.s. и виджет не помешал бы **Developer response:** Привет! Die Bedienung ist intuitiv, die Funktionen sind durchdacht und sparen mir jeden Tag viel Zeit. Besonders gefällt mir, dass alles übersichtlich und benutzerfreundlich gestaltet ist. Ein großes Lob an das Team für die tolle Umsetzung und den Support! Ich hoffe, es kommen noch viele weitere praktische Features dazu – zum Beispiel die Möglichkeit, auch Fahrzeiten einzutragen. Есть возможность купить нам кофе, эта опция никогда не высвечивается, а просто спокойно сидит в меню. Ваша проблема, к сожалению, не ясна. The app updated to a newer version and deleted ALL of my entries, all but one client, and all of my projects. This is unforgivable - I’m going to remove it and find another app to use. ### 1/5 — Difficult to use *2019-04-24, version 2.5* I found this very hard to navigate. ### 1/5 — Worthless *2019-01-18* Ok I upgraded this app expecting more functionality, and it does let you add fields and specify money or duration or whatever you want. It does not however let you use any sort of formula or rule or anything else. It would be almost useful if they would at least let you use their same formulas like adding a field and being able to specify something as simple as (=EARNINGS*HOURLY RATE) or something. All you can really do is track your hours and add notes to it, it won’t even let you say you get paid a full day for holidays, you have to manually put in the dollar amount and set up every one. If you are looking to save time and effort this app isn’t for you. Don’t waste your money upgrading cause it is absolutely no more useful than the free version. **Developer response:** Hi Jkjensmo, let's clarify the situation. atWork is there to help you to track your working time and earnings. Earnings will be calculated automatically if you specify your hourly rate. So I'm not sure which kind of formula you would like to have. Regarding holidays you can specify a money amount once you save such days in the app. You don't have to do it every time for every single day. You can also mark your entries as paid with a personalized attribute. You can find the example of how to do it in the app help section. Everything I described except holidays is the free app features and you don't have to upgrade to use them. We also do not force people to upgrade. Additional features are clearly communicated. Adwise: use one of the many many other apps or just make an excelsheet on dropbox and fill it out on the phone or laptop. Ich muss nicht mehr grübeln, wann war ich wo und wie lange, sondern füge im Kommentar nur noch dazu, was ich gemacht habe. So wird die Rechnungserstellung für meine Kunden einfach und transparent. Nachdem ich mehrfach gefragt wurde, wie ich so minutengenau aufschlüssle, und die Standorterkennung gezeigt habe, hat atWork noch mehr Kunden bekommen - meine Mitarbeiter sowieso. Wenn es jetzt die App noch als Browser-App gäbe, dass ich am PC noch die reine Projekt-/Kundenzeit im Büro/Werkstatt erfassen könnte, hätte ich noch mehr Kunden für euch. Update: 5 Jahre später … Ich bin immer noch begeistert! Verwende die App täglich mit wechselnden Kunden, Projekten, Stundensätzen etc. Hatte 1x ein Problem: eine Mail später war es gelöst. Ansonsten funktioniert alles so, wie ich es brauche (Gesamtsumme bringt mir mit verschiedenen Kunden ohnehin nichts: Das macht Excel im Nachgang.) Nachdem meine Frau sie jetzt auch nutzt (über Familienfreigabe), habe ich euch mal wieder eine Schoggi & Croissant spendiert. Sie funktioniert einwandfrei, tut was sie soll und bietet jede Menge Einstellmöglichkeiten. Es lassen sich einzelne Projekte oder auch Kunden anlegen, so das sie auch zur Abrechnung für Selbstständige geeignet ist. Ich nutze sie, weil es für mich keine Arbeitszeiterfassung gibt und weil ich sichergehen will, dass ich nicht weit über dem arbeiten, was arbeitsrechtlich vereinbart ist. Sollte es zu Unstimmigkeiten kommen bin ich mit der App auf der sicheren Seite, da sich die erfassten Arbeitsstunden als Tabellendatei ausgeben lassen. Eine Funktion die für mich noch eine sinnvolle Ergänzung wäre, wär die Möglichkeit die geleisteten Arbeitsstunden jährlich anzeigen zu lassen und dabei die Überstunden aus dem vorherigen Zeitraum mitzunehmen. Falls es diese Funktion bereits gibt habe ich sie lediglich nicht gefunden und würde mich über einen Hinweis freuen. Drehe dazu das Rädchen im Filter etwas länger, um in frühere Jahre zu gelangen.
