Especially in Berlin there are a lot! Customer support is very friendly and helpful. Only one thing: I hope for a membership that adopts to my needs automatically tho, so it automatically charges the cheapest price for my monthly check-ins. Some months I’m traveling and don’t need it at all, other months I might checkin almost every day. **Developer response:** Thank you, this is such a nice read, especially the bit about support. You’re not alone on the membership. Some months you’re everywhere, some months you’re not, and paying one flat rate for both doesn’t feel quite right. Mir werden in einer der größten deutschen Städte aber fast nur Optionen für 99€ pro Monat angezeigt. Die einzigen wenigen günstigeren Optionen sind die Nutzung von Hotellobbys ohne Getränke für 29€. Wenn das schon in einer so großen Stadt der Fall ist, kann ich kaum glauben, dass das Werbeversprechen irgendwo eingehalten wird… **Developer response:** Hallo, danke fürs offene Feedback, genau solche Hinweise helfen uns. Kurzer Reality-Check zu den Preisen: Bei jedem Check-in gibt es ein Getränk dazu, auch in der Hotellobby. Ein Cappuccino in einer großen Stadt liegt oft bei rund 4€. Nach etwa sieben Besuchen hat sich die 29€-Mitgliedschaft allein über den Kaffee gelohnt, plus unbegrenzter Zugang zu Touchdown-Orten. Und die „richtigen“ Coworking-Spaces: Ein Tagespass kostet oft 30€ und mehr. Bei uns sind mehrere solcher Tage im 99€-Tarif schon drin; im 29€-Tarif buchst du sie extra, oft noch günstiger als vor Ort. If the staff didn't recognise ATworld, that's our job to fix, and we follow up with partner locations where that happens. The check-in is what makes the difference though: you're an expected guest, you get the WiFi details, and your drink is included, so there's nothing cheaper to buy. Es kommen zig sinnlose Mails, nach meiner Kündigung hat ATworld beides Feedback-Calls sausen lassen und dann auf meine Feedback Mail überhaupt nicht interessiert. Ich gehe davon aus, dass sie sich auch für diese Rezension nicht interessieren. Best regards, The ATworld Team ### 2/5 — Lohnt sich nicht *2026-05-03* Die App At World lohnt sich meiner Erfahrung nach nur, wenn man wirklich sehr regelmäßig in Coworking-Spaces arbeitet. Für gelegentliche Nutzung ist das Modell eher unattraktiv. Besonders kritisch finde ich die Kündigungsbedingungen: Man sollte genau aufpassen, da eine Kündigungsfrist von zwei oder drei Monaten gilt. Grundsätzlich hat die Nutzung zwar meistens funktioniert, aber es gab auch enttäuschende Erfahrungen. In Hamburg war ich beispielsweise in einem Coworking-Space, in dem angeblich Plätze reserviert waren — vor Ort war das aber gar nicht möglich. Hilfe habe ich dort leider auch nicht wirklich bekommen. Insgesamt bin ich nicht besonders begeistert. Für mich hat sich das Angebot nicht gelohnt, und ich habe mir inzwischen wieder ein festes Büro gesucht. **Developer response:** Hi Ldgjinvcxf! We also send out automated reminder emails before the trial ends to give everyone plenty of notice to manage their settings. Like a gym membership, our service is a subscription model based on providing ongoing access to our spaces, regardless of whether they are used or not. It’s like Urban Sports Club but for coworking spaces. I’m not sure how sustainable this business model is but I’ll enjoy it while it lasts 😅 **Developer response:** Love the comparison! 🫶 Being called the "Urban Sports Club of Coworking" is a huge compliment - we’re all about providing that same flexibility and variety. As for sustainability: rest assured, we’re built to last! 🚀 ### 2/5 — Expensive. *2025-11-18* Cologne has 7 or 8 work places. Only one of them is „free“ with the 99€ per month Abonnement. The other 6 or 7 places cost you like 25€ for a day or a couple of hours. That is absurd for a working place in an noisy surrounding. You can get 4 bookings with the 99€ version. The one option which is free is usually, never good. If it’s stays like this, the highest price I would pay is 6 premium bookings for 49€ / month. 15 bookings / 99€ month. And 149€ for every day of the month (30 days). That would be still expensive, but I understand you have costs still. If the price stays the same, you’ll need 50 locations in cologne and at least 25 of them all over the city should be included and not counted as one of the premiums. **Developer response:** Hi Jonny!
