Hali is so bubbly. If something is not wrought with our order, they fix it immediately. The keep us updated if there any delays and calls or texts us if a restaurant is out of something. The only way to add or request extra is in the notes; some vendors are really good at reading the notes and some aren’t. Especially good for travelers with dietary restrictions who find themselves limited in what they can eat while traveling. Delivery was super quick and easy. Being vegan is challenging in the best of places, but I’m an airport is usually impossible. I was literally light headed and about to devour my 3 bickering teenagers (3-17 yr olds who had eaten already). I realized I needed to eat and the airline discovered a problem with the plane. Just as we were about to push away from the gate, your delivery arrived. You guys save 4 lives….mine and my triplets! When I couldn’t go track down great vegan food, you brought some to my gate. Please try again. *2023-05-29* Saw an ad for this app at Newark Liberty International Airport. Downloaded it and it never even loaded past the launch screen. ### 1/5 — App won’t load *2023-02-25, version 2.3.1* As other reviewers have said, the app doesn’t appear to be functional anymore. I also tried ordering through the website, but clicking “order now” just loops you back to the main page. Doesn’t look like the website has been updated for a while, either. ### 1/5 — App doesn’t work *2022-12-27* Friend and I both downloaded it, it’s stuck on the loading screen. No customer service on their Twitter. ### 1/5 — App Won’t Open *2022-12-17, version 2.3.1* Probably the most annoying app experience ever. The app won’t even open, it’s NOT my phone. I’m on the most up to date software version, but this app won’t even load! So disappointed that it is even listed as an option at KDEN. Don’t let this ridiculous app be advertised if it doesn’t even work! Horrible disappointment! ### 1/5 — Extremely frustrating *2021-04-01, version 2.0.0* I used to love this app but now I am just frustrated with it. They give you codes to use to get $5-$10 off your meal if you’re a frequent user or just for a holiday. It USED to let you use promo codes regardless of delivery or pick up option but now if you select the pick up option it says you are not allowed to use the promo codes. The best part is sometimes (a lot of the time) DELIVERY is not available so it makes these promo codes completely useless! I wish they would let you use promo codes regardless of the delivery option or pick up option especially if you’re not even going to do your job/have your service available (aka delivery) ### 1/5 — Cant use this app! *2021-03-31, version 2.0.0* I’d give zero stars if I could. I downloaded this app after seeing an add driving in to DIA. I make it to my gate and launch it up. It instantly is 100% unusable. I get an initial load screen but then a white box “Something went wrong. We are working to fix the problem”. I will maybe try again if it’s available to use in Nashville, Savannah or Baltimore; all stops on my flights today. I did try 3-4 times to get past an initial load screen. No luck same white error box each time. ### 5/5 — Super convenient *2022-08-30, version 2.3.1* Super convenient especially since the airport is huge and once you get to your gate it’s a hassle to have to drag your luggage everywhere to look for food. I do wish that before you submit your order it would tell you how long it would take. When I began it said 30 min then when I submitted my order it said 47-57 min. That was cutting it close for me. While traveling with my 6 year old daughter the last thing I wanted to do was wait in line for coffee and then try to carry that along with both of our bags to the gate. When I got in line and an at your gate representative gave me her card with info on how to order and have what we wanted delivered directly to our gate, I was sold! It was so seamless! Coffee and a donut were delivered within 20 min, which I am guessing is how long we would have waited in line!
