Quick transfer is not working as it gives messages for cooling period or can not transfer less than 0 in quick transfers what is meant by cooling period

Only drawback show against HDfC and ICICI is, AU doesn’t have UPI payment facility from app, currently all small vendor need payment on UPi and it’s very tedious to add beneficiary name and wait for cooling period and then delete beneficiary, kindly look to provide UPI payment from app
