I work in a hospital with ABP and I do not carry any of my credit cards on me. I am forced to order at the cashier every time and I waste time because I cannot use their mobile app or add a payment method unless I’m actively buying a sandwich. It seems comical, but it is true and that’s how the app works. ### 3/5 — No Apple Pay *2022-12-09, version 2.0* The actual store accepts Apple Pay inside at register, but there’s no option to use Apple Pay on the app??? When I got to the location, they said they never got the order, even though I was charged. They were stumped after I showed them my email receipt. I checked my ticket and it was placed correctly the team just didn’t pay attention (I think!). If the latte wand was broken I should have been called and notified orrrr GIVEN A REFUND. It’s very concerning your staff doesn’t know how to use the app or provide refunds for things that are their fault. There is no reason I should go to the location upon pick time and my order hasn’t been made. The cashier makes me smile every time I check out.
