Organization Management:
•⁠  ⁠When a user registers as an admin, an organization is automatically created.
•⁠  ⁠The admin has full control to manage the organization, including adding and removing members.
•⁠  ⁠Members can be added either by inviting existing users via email or by creating new user accounts directly.
•⁠  ⁠When user register as manager he has to add admin email after successful registration he will join organisation same as admin.
•⁠  ⁠User registration remains the same as before. The user will join the same organization as their manager.
