Instant/ real-time updates on your accounts. Sometimes the app undergoes maintenance but after just a couple of mins or hrs, you can use it. It’s a great bank and good app. Only downside is we needed to change PW every now and then, and for someone who’s a lottle bit on the “forgetful” side, it’s somewhat annoying. Wow! So inconvenient, imagine if you deposit and it is at the other account and u have loans but your cc has to be in another login details. You guys have to catch up including the temporary card block feature. I followed the rules on whats the valid password. All seems to pass but when I try to save it, it just crashes every single time. It’s definitely unusable because if you are required to change password you simple cant because you cant change it. ### 1/5 — Inconvenient app - looking forward for the improvement *2022-04-27, version 2.44.0* Unfortunately this is not a good online banking app. No breakdown of payments and I can't even log in since the app wants me to change the password for security purposes. I've already tried everything, combined all the words in dictionary and even the letters in alphabet and still it didn't work. Take note, it's been a week since I started to change the password and up until now I am still trying!! This app really needs a serious attention. I hope AUB will do something to improve this app very soon. ### 1/5 — AUB discriminates against people trying to apply for an account with them *2021-09-28, version 2.39.3* This is the only bank where I’ve experienced discrimination twice when I tried to apply for an account. They said they can’t establish the purpose of why I want to open an account despite me repeatedly telling them that I only want to open one for savings. I was very clear. They are just using this bs excuse to deny my application because they think I am some low income earner. I will never again try to subscribe to any of your products.
