### 5/5 — Provides efficient overview and access to AuV3s

*2026-05-28*

A must-have app if you have many AuV3s! Price feels high, but it is worth it,as it gives you efficient access and access to things you might have forgotten you own.
Using AUBE since version 1.
Having all AuV3s in one place for overview and now as well previewing (prehearing?) is great. Quickly finding the distortion plugins or just browsing and previewing to see what I have is efficient and fun.
Developer responded very quickly to my support email.
Only minor point is that the developers apps are permanents in the wishlist and cannot be removed, which clutters the dashboard.

### 5/5 — Preview is wonderful

A most excellent way to look at plug-ins that you haven’t looked at in a while. Quick and easy.

### 5/5 — 2026 Update - STILL So good too have!

*2026-05-27*

Why? Because if you are an iPad musician and have a lot of apps - you want to take (back) control and see, what you have and may want to use - I‘m the kind of person, that too many choices without an overview (almost always) end in a Desaster!
If you like to take control over your auv3-flood - get AUBE2 and support Frederic A Corvest!

### 5/5 — Essential app for music makers

*2026-05-26*

A fantastic app if you have some Auv3s for your music production. I especially like the classification system, and the keyboard is a killer feature.

### 5/5 — Does exactly what it says

AUBE 2 gets and keeps your AuV3s organized. Aimed at creators using a plethora of AuV3s for music production, it's a helpful tool to search your apps contextually. AUBE 2 is recommended to keep a quick oversight to users on what they already have at hand in their collection. The AUBE keyboard extension is the icing on the cake.

### 5/5 — One of a kind!

*2025-03-10*

This is the best way to organize and catalog your AUV3 synths, midi, and effects plugins!

Actually, it’s the ONLY way. Get this one of a kind, and truly useful app now! The built-in keyboard extension adds a practical way to search for the AUV3 plugin you’re looking for as well!

### 5/5 — A must-have app if you use AUv3s.

*2025-02-20*

Perfect for organising and keeping ahead of the ones you have installed. Also now has a discovery section for apps you don’t own (this may be a bad thing for me), allowing you to add to a wish list, something I used to do via the reminders app.
Search is excellent, and now V2 has more filter options, so the ability to find what you need without endless digging is great.
As with all FAC apps, it’s a pleasure to use, and does what it needs to, and more.

### 1/5 — Bummer Why does it feel like I got tricked???

*2025-12-04*

I bought this a long while back on the day it was released because they stated it was going to work on Mac Os, as well as, the iPad/iPhone. Im able to download it on the Mac but when I try to open it, it states something about lowering the security settings. Ive looked everywhere trying to figure out how to get a bunch of these iOS apps to work on the macbook and cannot find a simple explanation thread ANYWHERE!?! It’s weird a few apps just happen to work phenomenally, then some only work in stand alone and not inside the DAWs. Anyways,I feel like it’s only fair to your buyers that you help them out. If you’re going to advertise specific features then can you please let us know how to set it up??? I would greatly appreciate it until then i feel like this app doesn’t do anything different than the original one did and paid another round for what upgrade???

Man Ive looked everywhere trying to figure out how to get these apps to work and cannot find a simple video or explanation thread ANYWHERE.. ### 5/5 — Saves your forgotten synths

Just buy it!

### 5/5 — Great if you have a good plugin collection

*2026-07-08*

Aube solves the problem of too many plugins, it gives you a pretty nice browser with practical categories, plus you could add your own. I hope developers some day intergrate Aube into the browsing ui of their daws (hi aum and loopy pro), until then aube is still possibly the best app of its kind on any platform.

## Most praised reviews (4 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Super Helpful

*2026-06-07*

I’m so glad I finally got on board with AUBE. It’s made managing a large assortment of AUv3 instruments and processors much more streamlined. It saves me time each and every time use it… less scrolling & scrolling through the list when pulling up an plugin in Cubasis or AUM. It also really helps when searching for a kind of sound or effect.

### 5/5 — Provides efficient overview and access to AuV3s

### 5/5 — i love this and all other apps from this developer

*2026-05-30*

and in aube i love the aube keyboard .. its one of the best features off this app!

### 5/5 — AUBE checks my GarageBand plugins

*2026-05-29*

This is hopefully the beginning of a critical aspect of AUv3 that’s missing from my beloved iPadOS GarageBand - verification of which Audio Units work and which don’t, or at least which conform to spec and which don’t. As GB does not throw up exactly WHICH of the 100 etc AU’s of mine are faulty in a song, I need something to help verify. This is it. Note that some plugins ‘fail’ but may work. However, generally, the ones that conform/pass the ‘run validation’ in AUBE are the ones you’d expect, and there are some common ‘small’ conformity issues, that AU’s have that don’t look like they affect running or making a DAW crash.
